Very displeased with the service department. I have...

Very displeased with the service department. I have brought my car in twice for a recall. First time, they kept my car for two and a half weeks, and when I asked for a rental, so I could get to and from work, they said they couldn't get me one. Second time, was for both catalytic converters and oxygen sensors. They informed me on the phone that the service would be done in two hours and my vehicle would be good to go. When I brought my vehicle in, they mentioned they would call me when the service was done, but instead I got a call that said they "didn't have the parts." After they had already informed me the service I was coming in for would be completely finished.

I bought my first car!

This team helped me a great deal at buying my first car. I was so nervous and I didn’t know what I was doing. They took the time to explain the process and my dealer Eric Cornel even gave me his testimony on buying cars. I was able to get the car I seen online and that was the icing on the cake for me! I want to acknowledge Dawn as well for handling the back end and giving me beneficial advice for the future as well. I would definitely recommend!!
