Troy Ansley
Troy Ansley did a great job informing me of the size of P/U that would best fit my needs. Troy is very knowledgable about customers feeling and follow up questions after purchasing a new vehicle. Troy is diffently a top performer.

Great service
Purchased winter tires and had them mounted on existing rims. Also replaced a lost key fob. Service manager was friendly, prompt, and got me set up with a loaner car while mine was being serviced. Lithia was able to price match the tires and key fob making it a convenient one stop shop without costing extra for the convenience.

Quarterly maintenance / checkup
Overall service was OUTSTANDING. The service representative who assisted with my request reviewed my vehicle's history not only for the maintenance job but also updates for future assistance. He was very helpful and courteous. It sure made me feel better knowing I was in GOOD hands until the next time my vehicle needs to be taken care of. Thanks you (MAHALO) ! ! ! ! ! ! !

The most backwards dishonest dealership I've encountered
This place had the worst customer service I've ever encountered. 2.5 years ago I got a brain injury and had some physical issues that required me to switch from a sedan to an SUV, so I could sit at a 90° angle. This dealership had a used Honda Element, the only catch was it had a broken rear differential. Before we bought the car, the dealership wrote in that they'd fix it for a small price of $2100. After they wrote that in as part of their "check list" we had to sit down with the Finance Manager. He was upset when we entered his office since we were not financing the car and argued with us that if the repair they did was a dud they were not liable to make it right since we bought the car knowing it was broken. Eventually he called the service department and told us it was his mistakes and that they did stand by there work, and that they were going to use a new $2100 part that was not under warranty and that "since every other part is a dud we needed to buy a protection package from him. We then argued for 30 more minutes at which point he agreed to call back the service department and see if the part had a warranty. The service department confirmed the part had a warranty, and he pretty much yelled at us for another 10 minutes before we went out to wait another hour. 4 weeks after the "2 week max" waiting period we get the car, as I drove it off the lot the empty gas tank light came on and I barely made it to a gas station. Within a week I took the car to the shop since the differential was still acting up. They told me they weren't sure about the rear differential but the ball joints were not safe to drive with as the seal was broken and after he replaced them I could pop the joint apart with my hands. So I took it back to the dealership and they said the differential fluid had leaked and they replaced the fluid, but that was normal since it was an "ORIGINAL PART" I then corrected them and said that it wasn't/better not be a new part since they charged me for a new one that took 4 weeks to aquire and install. They then said oh yeah it's a new one. So I took it back to my mechanic who said it was original and that there were no marks/evidence that the part had been replaced. Any way the worst part about this experience was that I messed up in disclosing that I had a disability, and as soon as they knew I needed the car because I had a life changing disability they leveraged it and haven't resolved or attempted to resolve the situation at all.
