Best Service in town

From the second I walked in the door staff was very friendly. Sales man was very experience was willing to the find the right vehicle. Not your typical sales man that just wants to make a buck. Made sure the vehicle is what I wanted and made sure the numbers were the best he could do. John Palmer went above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go. The best sales man I have ever had a privilege of buying a new vehicle from.

Flexible, Friendly, Helpful

Rusty worked very hard to get me in a car with in my standards and budget. He was incredibly helpful, and very patient when I was not as prepared as I thought I was (as a first time car buyer, it was really awesome to have that). He also made sure to note the things the dealership would take care of for me on the car, and he hooked me up with Matt in financing who was incredibly helpful, and very pleasant to work with. The only negative I have is that the work that had to be done on the car was not done when I came to pick it up. I had to leave the car over night since I had driven another to go shopping. When I went to pick it up around noon the next day, as I had informed them I would, they had not fixed the rear view mirror (it was not affixed to anything so it was floppy and you couldn't adjust it). I had to wait for a while before they sent me somewhere else to get it fixed, then I had to wait there for them to fix it. I had left in my lunch at work, but it ended up being an almost 2 hour excursion. Otherwise, the service was great, and I'm incredibly happy with my car and with the services I purchased as well.

New Jeep Wrangler

Mike Hiett was a tremendous help when ordering my new Jeep Wrangler. When it got in he was very helpful teaching me where everything was and how things worked. Matt Ragle provided great service in getting me the best financing possible. I would highly recommend them for your car purchasing needs.

First time buyer

As someone who dreads buying vehicles and dealerships, I highly recommend this location as having very helpful staff. Walter Pride was exceptional to work with: looking for the vehicle to fit my needs and budget, working with financing and also very knowledgable on every aspect of how the process works for a first time buyer.

Best of the best!

David helped me find the perfect suv for me. He is friendly and very professional he did everything possible to make the process fast. I will recommend him to all my friends and family! If i ever want another vehicle i will definitely come back!

Service Dept. Really Cares

Mine is a difficult schedule because of a disability. Especially Nate Schaeffer has gone out of his way time and again to accommodate my needs. Nate is not just good; he is superb.

Great Dealership

I purchased my first jeep from this dealership 4+ years ago and had an easy, hassle-free experience. Over the last 4 years service has been a breeze and I've never had any issues that weren't resolved immediately. I just came back and traded that jeep in for the new model and once again had an easy straight forward buying experience.

Great all around!

I just bought a 2015 Dodge Durango from Litha and I have to commend them on their amazing customer service! I worked with Troy Jarvis, David Dowd, David Huskey and Matt Ragle (Finance). Each and every one of them made me feel very welcome and like I'd known them forever. I test drove the truck which was perfect in every way and then we quickly went on to signing papers. The process was painless! They held open every door, helped install my daughter's car seat into the new truck and were very understanding and patient with me. I'm so glad I was referred to them and we were able to make a deal! Thanks again!!
