If you need a car go talk to Walter Pride. Never felt pressured to buy a car and he will go out of his way to put you in the right vehicle at a very fair price. Matt did a great job with the financing paperwork. In and out in a short time. No high pressure to buy things that I did not want.

Happy with my new Ram!
I was very happy with salesman, Walter Pride. Not a hard sale position; but listened to what I wanted. Worked with finance department well, coordinated insurance so I could take my new truck home. Fast process, knowledgeable staff. Taking it back next week to have my bed liner done. Hoping to get my truck detailed while there. Due to the speed of taking delivery, my truck needs a good wash & wax. Fingers crossed on this one.

Exceptional Customer Service
A little more than a year ago I became a Lithia customer, as I had heard of their quality reputation from other friends. I now have both a renewed confidence in the vehicle that I am driving and an immense trust in the Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service department, as they consistently contact me when any type of scheduled maintenance is required for my truck. Recently my faith in the Lithia service department was fully sealed when I brought an anomalous issue to their attention ~ a defective tire that blew, from sidewall to sidewall, while traveling with my family to Denali. The tires had a total of 19,000 miles on them, so in my mind, there was now a safety concern regarding all of the tires as they could be potentially defective. Understandably, Lithia was under no obligation to assist me with this issue, but because they wanted to ensure my safety and peace of mind, they made the decision to replace all of the tires at a minimal cost. And, to go one step further, they provided a rental car so we could run errands in town during the tire change-over because the shuttle service was unavailable on weekends. Clayton McCurdy (the Express Lane Manager) ensured that our concerns were resolved during this entire process and we greatly appreciate the professionalism and compassion that he extended to us. Lithia continues to go above and beyond to ensure that I am driving a safe and reliable vehicle, which for me, has solidified their quality service reputation. There is no doubt that I will continue to return to Lithia for any of my vehicle needs, as I truly know that they have both mine and my family’s safety and best interest at heart.

Excellent customer service!
I found a truck I liked on the website, put in my information and got a call the very next day, not only from a very nice lady to see if i was indeed interested, but a second one from Henry to discuss the truck itself a few minutes later. Henry was very diligent and helpful, answering all my questions and was willing to work with me to make the sale happen. He is even going to come get me this weekend at the airport when i arrive to drive it back to Juneau. Marcus was also very helpful in explaining the financial aspect and getting everything set up for me. A very positive experience!

painless, honest, respectful
Henry Diaz was our representative in this purchase. Called the night before. He was waiting at the door for us. No pressure, just there to help you any way he can. Really enjoyed his hunting photos while tedious paperwork was being done. ( by Henry, not us ) It was painless from beginning to end. Honest & truthful with the buyer
I think that Lithia gave us a good deal with buying another vehicle & yes I would reccommend them to all my friends or family members. But, I don't completely agree with their military discount program presently and their current rule that you must be currently on active duty to take advantage of it. My reasoning is that we need to be honoring of all our veterans who have served, especially the past ones, who put their lives on the line, just so we could enjoy our new car purchases.
