Best Buyimg Experience -
I'm the woman that loves window shopping for new vehicles and not following through due to the fact that I just hate the process of being attacked the second you drive on lot, then of course the process of negotiating back and forth. I dislike it so much I took a friend with me to do all the talking almost 5 years ago for my last truck. Then a friend recommended Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of South Anchorage when we were looking to trade in our Acadia and looking at the Durango. So long story longer, I needed something to handle the towing of said newer addition to the family... A travel trailer. The process of learning more about the Dodge Ram (it's a HEMI) 3 weeks ago. I started with Lithia South, because I remember the exceptional service experience my friend had with her Durango. We stopped in late one evening and Steve Allen was kind enough to answer some questions and point us in the right direction, we left there with Steves personal cell number and some options that I needed to think about, no hassle, no pressure. The only thing I knew for sure was they ( sales team) wanted to make sure I was happy. A couple weeks goes by, life, family happens and I finally locate "THE" Truck i want.. The final step,of the deal was surprisingly painless, I stopped by on Thursday night, made the final decision to make the purchase, my trade in came in at a good number, and I said lets do it. I had a previous appointment I had to keep so I returned the following afternoon. To my great surprise Henery had expedited the install of my spray in bedliner and it was sitting there looking pretty. Finalizing took about 2 hours, however it was by far the best experience I've had buying a truck super friendly, super informing and super fun. It would of gone faster, but I'm a talker so I actually think I held them up.. Heck even finance was a pleasant experience, I mentioned to Matt that I had an extended warranty through Lithia Chevy on the trade in, he said really? Let's check on that, and he was able to cancel and take those dollars and put towards the loan. Overall I was your basic pain in the butt customer and they made me a believer of the " new process" of buying a car.. Thanks again Steve, Henery and Matt for putting up with my crazy questions and email communications

Great service, great personal
Had Lithia install airbags and oil change on my Ram truck. They ordered the parts and let me know when it arrived, scheduled the install. Very good service.

Oil Change - Above and Beyond
I dropped my truck off for it's regularly scheduled oil change. The right rear turn-signal needed replaced since February but I financially wasn't able to do so. When I picked up my truck I noticed on the drive home the blinker was working. When I got home, there was a note on the bottom of the vehicle inspection sheet - Changed out right rear blinker on me. Have a great rest of your day. Shane. Shane didn't have to do that, but he did and not only made my day but it made my entire week. It's nice to know there are still people in this world who go above and beyond to help, no matter how small the action may be. Thank you Shane for going above and beyond

Great Service
Airbag recall taken care of. Oil change done, and all before 2 pm. Excellent service and very timely. I will return for service, as needed.

Very happy with my experience
I bought a new Jeep Cherokee on June 2nd, and am very pleased with the entire experience. I came in from out of town and Henry picked me up at the airport, in the car that we had discussed, which I drove back to the dealership, taking care of the test drive. Matthew got me a much better rate than I was able to get prior to arrival. The next day Henry checked in with me to see how my 200 mile drive home was and how the car performed. I was very happy with everyone that I interacted with and am pleased with my new jeep.
