Loved that I could walk onto the lot and not be hounded by salesman. When I was ready to look at the vehicle that I had in mind, I walked I to the dealership and was immediately greeted and assigned a salesman that could help me out. The financing process took far longer than it should have, even with my bank pre-approval; took approx 4 hours when it should have only taken 1 or 2 max. If that could have been sped up, my experience would have been perfect. Thomas Cook was great to work with and tried his best, while still being new, to make it a positive experience for us both!

I had great service and did not feel pressured into anything they search for the vehicle with features I wanted. Test drives are very helpful you really don't know How you feel in a vehicle until you get into it and drive so thank you for finding me a vehicle I like thats safe and has all the features I want. I had been working with Walter Pride for several months trying to find the right car. During this period I never felt pressured to buy a car, and or felt like he would sell me the wrong car. Finally he told me they had just received a used Escalade that I should look it. It was exactly what I had been looking for. I drove it home the next day. Walt had done most of the preliminary paperwork and it didn't take any time for Alex to finish the finance /registration paperwork. Would definitely but another car from Walter Pride.

We have a primary family car, and my husband has a car that he drives exclusively for work. As our two kids were getting older and doing more activities it was becoming increasingly important to have a second vehicle that we could fit our family in and had sufficient leg room for our taller son. In contrast to our last few car-buying experiences we didn't quite know what we wanted. There was a quality vs value factor that we hadn't quite nailed down. We went to darn near every branded and independent dealership in Anchorage on our car search. We came in searching for used cars and Lithia CJD was very accommodating over the many (four or five) visits, and many test drives (with car seat installation) we did to find the right vehicle for our family. While we ultimately decided to buy a new Dodge Dart instead of a used car, we felt good about giving Lithia CJD our business. We were helped both by Eric and Colt. They never came on too strong and always made it about us and our families needs. They were helpful without being pushy, and we negotiated a price that felt fair for both parties. I really respect salesmen that understand bottom line matters with a young family.

I dealt with Salesman Josh Taylor. He dealt honestly and fairly with me and was always available for questions, etc. I got a fair price on a new truck and did not have to suffer through endless haggling and silly games. Josh was up front about pricing and incentives and we were able to close the deal quickly. Alex in finance was also very helpful. Overall good experience!
