I had been looking to buy a full-size truck for several months. I had done my research and had some specific models in mind which I believed would match my needs. Two other dealerships were completely uninterested in what my priority was; it was obvious that their needs (sale/big profit) was the priority in the deal. When I was unwilling to accept the deals which were (poorly) presented, I was met with the "don't let the door hit you on the way out" attitude. One dealership didn't even sit down to present me the offer, knowing it was so far out of the realm of what I was looking for that they apparently didn't want to waste any more face time with me. Complete 180 degree experience with Steve Allen and Matt Ragle at Lithia South Anchorage Chrysler. Steve listened to my needs, was honest with the me about a truck that I initially wanted to look at, and both he and Matt presented me with another option which turned out to be absolutely perfect for me! Matt took the time to show me the features of the truck to explain why he thought it met my needs. He was thoughtful, courteous and knowledgeable (complete opposite of personnel at other dealerships!). Alex, in Finance, was so easy to work with...finishing the whole process as smoothly as it started. Awsome! Lithia Dodge Jeep Ram Chrysler is obe awsome place of business. I have been dealing with them for a few years now and I have to say that their Customer Service is excellent! Not once have I had a bad experience since going there. That includes Sales and also the Service department. A big thumbs up to everyone who works their. Also just recently I dealt with Michael Hiett and I have got to say that he is very courteous and helpful through out the buying process! Thanks Michael! I had recently purchased a New 2014 GMC and was very unhappy with the service I received not only from the dealership I purchased the vehicle, but from corporate Hqds. Many factory recalls were received within a 6 month period of purchase, and they continued beyond 1 year. The company did not live up to their promises of servicing a New Vehicle. Josh Taylor took this vehicle in on a trade for my new dodge. By the way, the GMC (CHEV 4x4 Silverado) had just over 2,000 miles driven in a 15 month period. For me, it was not a vehicle I felt comfortable to drive especially since the corporate would not even service their own vehicles. Josh found me the vehicle I wanted, got the color I wanted, and made arrangements to get the options I also wanted. The vehicle was ordered several weeks before I picked it up. When I arrived at the dealership to received my vehicle, all paper work had been completed and it was ready for me to drive away. After a familarization walk through of the vehicle that Josh gave, I drove away a happy customer. By the way, Josh also picked me up at the airport, when I flew in the night before. Josh will work for you and will continue to check up on your satisfaction or other question / issues you may have. I did not receive this type of customer service from the Chev Dealer I purchased my 2013 pick-up truck. Thanks Josh for your assistance, your friendship, and your excellent service.

After my mothers car was stolen we needed to find her another car. I have know Walter Pride for years (this is the 3rd car we have bought from him) and trusted him to find a nice, reliable car for mom, and of course he did. He showed her a Jeep Liberty and she loved it! He saved us lots of time by providing us with a nice vehicle , and on the first try it was a done deal! Once I drove up to the dealership, there wasn't a group of salesmen waiting for me to approach, instead I walked into the lobby and I requested a salesperson. Isaiah Miller was professional from start to finish. He was patient with my 101 questions, and was thorough with his answers. The inventory is very large and mixed. They had a lot of trucks to choose from, and they weren't all fully loaded. There was a lot of heavy duties and several diesels. My salesman worked me a great deal and was straight forward and honest. The parts department is doing a great job getting me good accessories for my new truck.

After showing interest in a truck I wanted, Stephanie Alvarez almost instantly called me to let me know that the truck I was looking at was in stock and I could come and look at it anytime. When I arrived, I met with Caleb Canoy as he was filling in for her. Caleb was the most helpful salesman I have ever dealt with in the times I have gone to purchase a vehicle. Usually, a salesperson is only out to help himself, but that's not the case with Caleb. He was really helpful in getting me a reasonable trade-in value for a Jeep that lost a lot of its value by simply driving it off the lot. He helped me achieve my goal for how much under I would take for the Jeep. On top of that, he was able to get me a real good deal on a new Ram that would almost even out my loss from the Jeep. I highly recommend Caleb. He really made it work out for me. This is the first time I have felt like I came out on top.

Thomas Cook answered all my questions and helped make the process as smooth as possible! I definitely recommend buying from Lithia! We have bought numerous vehicles through this dealership. The only negative thing I have to say is they low-balled my trade-in value. Otherwise, it was a fairly quick and painless experience!

Colt was friendly and worked hard to complete the sale of our new truck. We liked that we weren't 'passed' around to different sale's staff.
