Communication was excellent! We dealt with Joshua & Dave Franko mostly. The financial manager worked with us to get exactly what was needed on the loan end. Dave walked me thru the basics so I could safely drive back home to Fairbanks. I’ve been called a lot offering their services afterwards.

Zachery was nice. He answered all my questions. Before I test drove the vehicle I wanted, he showed me all the buttons and what they were. That was helpful. He also filled up the gas tank and gave it another detail while the finance paperwork was going through. There is one thing that can be improved based on my experience. It would be that there should be a chance for negotiations with the manager. Maybe negotiations happen, but with my experience it didn't happen. Maybe if I were assertive about it. But all in all it was a great experience with purchasing my new vehicle.

This is the second Jeep we have purchased from Evan in three years and we can not say enough about how wonderful he's been. He has taken care of us like we were family members.
