We researched 2 dealerships before arriving to this one. We have had terrible luck w/a previous loan & ended up paying over 8k for a lawn ornament. At this point our vehicle is paid off and we had no idea what we were going to do w/it. We visited David Dowd and right away I gave him a list of strict guidelines that I had no flexibility with. I did not make it easy for him. My husband and I were so afraid we would end up in the same situation as the last loan. Long story short David Dowd took his time, was very genuine, honest, and was very personable making our experience fun! We will definitely be back and it will be because of him! First off I live in Fairbanks and called Patrick Osbon on a used Dodge Ram they had listed on the website. He explained the condition of the vehicle and ensured me the vehicle was in great shape and worth the 6 hour drive down to see. I met Dave Franco the next morning and he showed me the vehicle. Patrick did not overexaggerate and the vehicle was in great condition especially for the age. Working with Dave Franco was very easy and pleasant. He went out of his way to make the buying experience fun and easy and was very professional and fun to work with. After Dave set up the whole deal I then worked with Jared Holbrook in finance. Jared is a fun guy with tons of energy and made the loan/paperwork process a joy. Overall the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had and I highly recommend the dealership.
