Thank you Cody Coker

I had been car shopping all weekend and I was frazzled by the time I walked into Jeep. I told Cody what I wanted and the price range I needed. He did the rest went out to the lot showing me several options and made buying my jeep so easy. For a ease of mind on a large purchase go in and see Cody Coker he makes it so simple and easy. Oil change

Was irritated because we get emails stating make an appointment for service. They don’t take oil change appointments. The young man that was in the service bay was pacing as it was almost 7:30 and he didn’t have a vehicle in his bay yet. Had a quick conversation with him stating when I worked for GM, I would do oil changes all day. Had been told by first service writer that it would be a 2 hour wait. He left to get some signatures on paperwork. Second service writer (Stephanie Alvar is the name on my work order) took my info and keys. A half hour later, she found me in the showroom and said “Mr. Nagel, you’re ready to go.” These two employees made my morning! I was back out on the way very quickly!

diagnose injector failure

my 2014 diesel had a shaking in the engine, and engine light came on. the code was no.6 cylinder not firing. they got me in right away and tested the injectors by swapping, and replaced the bad one. thanks for getting this done quickly as the truck was shaking bad enough to make it almost undriveable.

Wonderful experience

When I first went to Lithia South Anchorage I had no idea what kind of vehicle I was looking for Jose AlFaro took the time to get to know me and what I like. We didnt find the perfect vehicle the first day, but within 2 days Jose had stayed in contact with me and answered any questions that I had. Within a couple day Jose called me and said he had a couple vehicles he wanted me to take a look at. He sold me on the 2018 jeep compass. I fell in love instantly. I truly feel that he took my lifestyle and my interests into consideration while helping me find a vehicle. I highly recommend Jose as a salesman you go to while looking for a vehicle.

Very kind service staff. Reviewed issues to be serviced on my vehicle and discussed the timeline to get them fixed. They described the issues in detail.

Amazing Customer Service

We were very happy we came here, amazing customer service from David Paeth, he followed through on the deal, went out of his way to make sure things went as smoothly as can be. He listened and knew what my husband was looking for. Good job, you’ve earned a customer!! Henry Diaz was also very friendly, made us feel like he cared as well. Customer Service is huge to my husband and I, they both did a superb job!! Thanks guys!!
