Great Sales experience for Commercial vehicles
Bought my third company vehicle from Lithia in Souh Anchorage. Two Jeep Cherokees and a Dodge EcoDiesel. Very satisfied with these vehicles and the experience. Lithia Service keeps me coming back after work they have done on my other Dodge trucks for high mileage service. My 2005 Dodge 5.9L Cummins 2500 and my 2012 Dodge Cummins 3500 have been kept in tip top shape by Lithia Service's Tony Allen. Commercial Sales Manager Walter Pride is the Best! Knowledgeable and professional. Great advice and trustworthy. Awesome combination for sales and service.

Incredible service provided by Chuck Coleman
Before going car shopping I had done my research and had in mind the car that I was interested in: the Dodge Durango. I went to multiple dealerships, where I was consistently feeling like I was not being listened to by both salesmen and management. I was so relieved when a relative referred us to Charles (Chuck) Coleman at Lithia Dodge of South Anchorage. Chuck was straightforward with me, never made me feel pressured, and listened to all of my wants and concerns. I ended up finding the perfect Durango for me with one catch, it was at a dealership in Soldotna. Chuck flew down to Soldotna on his day off to make sure I could get my perfect car; above and beyond is an understatement! Matt Ragle with Finance helped ensure that I got the proper protection for our new investment without making me feel like I was pressured to say yes to extras. The Service Department called me within 48 hours to set up an appointment to get all of the protections that I had purchased put on to my new vehicle. While waiting for my new car to be completely ready for me, other staff and salesmen were very friendly and excited for me and my new car. Overall, great service from all departments. I truly felt like everyone was genuine and cared about finding my family the best fit for us.

Internet Sales
This was our first experience searching for a particular vehicle using the internet. We were apprehensive that our vehicle inquiry would be answered by a slick salesperson trying to sell us something we didn't want, or no response at all. After submitting our email, we were pleased to receive a prompt response from employee John Palmer. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the used vehicle that we had viewed. Despite our numerous questions about internet pricing, vehicle availability, trade-in possibilities and warranty options, John was patient and put us at ease. We made a 3-hour drive to view the vehicle and work with John specifically. Upon arrival, we noted that the vehicle's condition was as advertised on the internet. During a test drive, John thoroughly discussed the vehicle's features which were new to us and certainly an upgrade from our trade-in. Negotiations went smoothly and we purchased the vehicle while John arranged to have it detailed prior to our long drive home. We are very satisfied with the customer service and our vehicle purchase.

Outstanding Service
I was looking for a Wrangler with a manual transmission and call Lithia of South Anchorage. John Palmer answered my call and offered to special order one for me since there were none in the inventory. He went through every available option and processed my order the next day. He also call me with updates as my Jeep left the factory and as soon as it arrived. John was very professional and courteous. I also worked with Patrick Osbon in finance. He processed my paperwork quickly and all the financing options available. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend Lithia of South Anchorage.

Best Customer Service
Cody Cocker and Patrick Osbon has the very best customer experience and satisfaction. I loved there communication skills and meeting all my needs in a very good timely manner I was able to buy the vehicle that I saw on the dealerships website. I am so blessed that they’re able to accommodate me on how I wanted to pay off things and make sure that I was taken care of well. I hope that when I do I decide again to get another vehicle that I can be take care of like how Cody Cocker and Patrick Osborn.

This is why I found myself purchasing my 3rd NEW vehicle(my 2019 RAM 1500) from Lithia once again! Patrick Osbon is a humble and one of the kindest gentlemen in this business that I have ever met.
