I brought a car in for an oil change. The service went quick and I didn’t have an appointment set. I was able to get into the quick change and it was quick. There was some additional work that was found to be needed. I was able to set up a service appointment for a future date.

Staff are professional and efficient in assisting with client needs. I was provided transportation and received updates as the work progressed. The work was completed in a timely matter and I was satisfied with the work completed. Overall excellent experience.

I woke up the 10th of January with no thought whatsoever of a new vehicle, let alone one with every bell and whistle you could imagine. I went anyway and test drove a beautiful Dodge Ram Laramie Longhorn. I had hoped to purchase on my own, with no co-signer and being self employed was gonna be rough. I told Charles (Chuck) Coleman, what I wanted my payment to be and not go over. Let me tell you something about Charles Coleman. I have NEVER encountered a car salesman like him!!! He was refreshing and he listened to my concerns and was great to work with. He was funny, energetic and made sure I understood things without being demeaning. Lithia Dodge has a real asset on their hands with Charles in my opinion. By the time it was over, between Charles, Troy Jarvis and myself, I went home in the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. I highly recommend Charles Coleman, like seriously....highly recommend! If you want a non smoke blowing, relatable, funny, extremely knowledgeable salesman....Charles Coleman is the one. I can’t thank Troy Jarvis enough for his assistance and encouragement that what I wanted could infact be done. The financing guy, Matthew was extremely efficient and got me out of there in time for my 5:30pm appointment!!!!! I have no words to express my gratitude as thank you is not enough.

I would highly recommend Lithia CJD of Anchorage to anyone looking for a new or used car. I purchased a used Ford Edge with a 24 hour return option just because I was really unsure. Zachary Hickels was my salesman and he was fantastic! We were there til 9 pm and he did everything to make the transaction as smooth and enjoyable as possible! Unfortunately this was not the car for us and we brought it back the next day. Zachary unfortunately wasn’t available at this time so Jose Alfaro became our new salesman. Round 2! We then started looking at a certified used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jose was also fantastic to work with. He was very attentive to what we said and didn’t pressure us to make any decisions. We definetely felt like he was there for us and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. We ended up getting the Jeep and we are so glad we did! Thank you Lithia CJD for making a stressful decision as stress free as possible!
