I would highly recommend Lithia CJD of Anchorage to anyone looking for a new or used car. I purchased a used Ford Edge with a 24 hour return option just because I was really unsure. Zachary Hickels was my salesman and he was fantastic! We were there til 9 pm and he did everything to make the transaction as smooth and enjoyable as possible! Unfortunately this was not the car for us and we brought it back the next day. Zachary unfortunately wasn’t available at this time so Jose Alfaro became our new salesman. Round 2! We then started looking at a certified used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jose was also fantastic to work with. He was very attentive to what we said and didn’t pressure us to make any decisions. We definetely felt like he was there for us and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. We ended up getting the Jeep and we are so glad we did! I drove up from Kenai and informed Kenny Pop when I planned on being there and what I was interested in. When I got there he had the car pulled inside and ready to show with the snow off of it. He did a great job answering my questions, processing my transaction and getting me connected with Patrick for financing. He even went and helped them detail it so it would be done quicker! Nice guy, easy process and great overall experience at Lithia!

Stopped by for oil service on the last weekday prior to Christmas. I think everyone was, like me, wanting to get their cars looked over prior to hitting the road. They were very busy, and I initially wondered if I’d made a mistake. The wait ended up being half their initial estimate, the waiting area was pleasant, and the employees were all smiles. It was a pleasant experience all around.
