Cody Coker listened to my needs and desires presenting all products both professionally and personally. Cody walked me through making a sound decision on my new purchase. I have an issue though with Jason Scott in Service. I brought my 2014 Ram in for a couple of issues that should have taken no longer than 4 hours to diagnose. At no time while I was with Cody Coker (8 hours) did Jason track me down and provide me a status on my truck.

Kenny is always happy to assist and keep me informed. He always makes sure any warranty work gets taken care of right away and makes sure to let me know what expenses I should expect in the future.

Had a funky message pop up on my dashboard, called Tony who is my service rep, he got me right in, communicated what he thought the issue was, gave me an update as soon as he had one, and got me taken care of same day. This is my 3rd time bringing my vehicle in for service, (basically just my oil changes, my Cherokee runs great), and every time, Tony is top notch. Keoni is also great. Good crew, painless visits, just what I'm looking for from my dealership.

Great salesman DeMarco and Jose. Those guys were awesome and more then helpful and knowledgeable about all their inventory. Final finance guy was rude, arrogant.
