Had a great experience purchasing my 2018 Renegade!!

I walked into Lithia South Anchorage looking for a specific Jeep Renegade. Cody Koker grabbed the keys of three possibles and in no time we were test driving THE ONE! He was very knowledgeable on the product, easy to talk to and very forthcoming. Marcus Reed and I had a good time talking the future of automobiles and their servicing. He presented a point of view many people don't realize.

The right time

Alberto was my sale person. I appreciate how stayed in contact we me throughout the whole deal. At first I thought this guy needs a Segway, but I understand he likes to walk. Good experience

I knew what I wanted already from researching online. Test drove a variety of trucks but ended up with a new Dodge Ram sport. Cody stayed in contact, I feel like he really tried to help me make a deal, I’m not the easiestto deal with on negoriations but he didn’t give up, after 3 hard days of looking and contemplating trucks I accepted the deal.

Great service

David was a great salesman helped get me into the Jeep I wanted at a price I could afford. David along with the the Manager Kevin, both went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate all the help they both gave me with this purchase.

Expectations met

New in the area, needed an oil change. Back home I’d never take my vehicles to the dealer due to poor, inexcusable service. Couldn’t trust them at all. Being new here I didn’t know where else to go. They were excellent! Very friendly and accommodating to my requests. I would trust them to work on my vehicles. Great job everyone.

Truely went the extra mile

My Jeep Wrangler was being repaired at this dealership after an electrical issue. Joseph Ward and Henry Diaz worked with me to trade in my Jeep for a used Toyota Tacoma in an extremely smooth trade in. Joseph even went so far as to help me remove items from my Jeep, such as my light bar, subwoofer, all seat covers, and other small pieces. I walked away with a great deal I didn’t think was possible.
