Troy was very patient with me, and helped me narrow down exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. He asked pointed questions to narrow down my search. He offered vehicle comparisons, price comparisons, model year comparisons, etc. Troy was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of buying new vs used, and stuck with me as I changed my mind several times. My daughter and I test drove two vehicles, and both of us agreed that being in the car with Troy was not uncomfortable as it can be with some salesmen. Troy didn't push me to hurry, to make up my mind, nor did he try to convince me to spend more than I had budgeted. In fact, Troy and the Financial person Matt, were both able to get me into a new vehicle for under my projected monthly payment! Thanks, Guys! It's refreshing to feel helped out and cared for at a car dealership, most times I feel like a pawn that's about to be taken advantage of. Keith was not only knowledgeable but friendly as well, incredible customer service. He, along with Kevin Lewis, helped my wife and I get the deal we wanted with a car that was more of an upgrade than what we originally came into Lithia for. My wife is very happy for not settling on the first vehicle and we are thankful to get a good deal with a great salesman.

Covered several options and arrived at a new 2500 on the lot. Worked the numbers on that pickup with our tradein and arrived at a fair price. Finalized the price with a review of the options available and the paperwork was completed efficiently. The whole process was well organized, my understanding was important to the dealer, and we comfortably arrived at the deal with both parties pleased with the result.
