Outstanding service

After a bad experience at anchorage Chrysler we went to lithia south anchorage. We were greeted immediately and ask if we needed any assistance, We stated that we were just looking. After finding the SUV we were interested in, we went back inside and ask to speak to a salesman. We were introduced to David Dowd (the salesman).After explaining that we had a bad experience at Anchorage Chrysler, David assured us that it would happen at his dealership. After a short explanation of what we were looking for, David ask if we would like to see the vehicle. Now please keep in mind, My wife and I currently had a new 2015 Dodge Journey (that we previously purchased from anchorage Chrysler, and it only had 23000 miles on it and didn’t really need a new car. But we took the test drive anyway. When we returned David ask if we would be interested in purchasing. Things were going so well at that point, We Decided to trade in our 2015 journey and take the brand new vehicle. Well when the financing didn’t go right that evening we were a little discouraged and left the dealership. But David assured us that he would find the right place for the financing and be back in touch. The very next day we were called by David and he said, Are you ready to come pick up your new car? We were a little hesitant because typical dealerships bring you back and try to sucker you into something ( less vehicle options or a different model , crazy high payments etc...) NOT THIS GUY. David said he had some options for us so we returned to the dealership the next evening. We arrived and he was ready and waiting. The prior visit we gave him very specific guidelines before we would purchase. (Interest rate, payment and vehicle payoff. Well David sats us down and brought the paperwork. Usually they throw numbers at you and make you think your getting the best deal and you really never know because the numbers get flipped around. NOT HERE, just as we asked for, he provided. We agreed to purchase. Then He went and got us a water and we thought this is going to be a long night. But nope, David was on top of everything. The paperwork was ready and we just had to sit down with finance. ( The suit ). Usually this is where the deals go bad and they try to offer something different. (Anchorage Chrysler) Not at this dealership. David walked us in and introduced us to Pat Osbon (The finance guy) This again, is not the normal at most dealerships. This guy is also fantastic. He sat us down went over the numbers and NO SURPRISES. 15 minutes tops. He explained the process, went over the numbers and broke it down so dummies like my wife and I could easily understand. Then he walked us back out to David. David then took my wife out to the vehicle and went over every feature of the new journey. Helped setup the Bluetooth and went over the warranty and the evts ( the tracking system for the vehicle). Discussed the service options for the vehicle, and then he had the vehicle detailed so it looked like it was off the showroom floor when we took it home to show the family.. This place rocks.....And these 2 guys are fantastic. Thanks for everything David and Pat you made this purchase so easy. We love our new car and are very grateful for you two. I know this is long but it gets better. David provided a number for a credit union that gave him great rates. So we decided to look into it, And let me tell you they did for us also. Northern skies federal credit union. Ask for Manny. SO ....If you are interested in a new vehicle this is the place. Lithia of south Anchorage. Ask for David Dowd, he is truely a fantastic guy.

Seamless Transaction

Just recently bought a new Jeep Wrangler. Patrick Osbon was our dealer representative. The sale process was low pressure and objective. We ended up with a great Wrangler, and Patrick took charge of insuring that all extras were added in a timely manor. The entire transaction was very smooth and low key.

Excellent customer experience

Total customer experience from the start to the finalization of my purchase was excellent. DeMarco Masangcay was totally professional, very customer orientated, and extremely knowledgeable. I totally would recommend him to friends and associates as a point of contact should they plan on purchasing a vehicle through this dealership.

Great experience

Steve is an excellent representative, you can tell that he loves his job. He explains everything in detail, and is very patient. I would definitely recommend Steve to my friends and family.

Chuck Coleman Salesman

Chuck was was the best in working out my deal on a Ram 3500 diesel truck. His customer service, salesmanship, and personality are great. I've bought a lot of vehicles over the last 50+ years, Chuck is at the top in salesmanship. Richard

Recall repair

Easy and quick service drop. Repairs were done in less than a day and I got a phone call update halfway through the day. Pick up was quick and seamless.

Tons of Options With Helpful Staff

The staff at Lithia of South Anchorage really were out going in their need to please. The newer sales rep was very helpful and easy to work with. The online sales rep helped me find the truck I really wanted after looking and researching for awhile. Very pleased with my experience.
