The staff members I was working with were very polite.

The staff members I was working with were very polite. Bruce was very knowledgeable about the truck and its features. I just don't understand why it takes so long to accomplish the "deal". This vehicle was preordered and when I went to the dealership to have my trade appraised and complete the purchase it required 3.5 hours to finish. Once finished, I had to return to dealer twice to resign paperwork.

Janice in the service department is amazing!

Janice in the service department is amazing!!! She explains everything so I understood and couldn’t have been more helpful. I had an oil change and checkup then came back for winter tire change. Kendall Fiord Wasilla I would highly recommend.

It was a very comfortable and convenient experience. My salesman, Bruce Olmeim was a very patient and pleasant man. I have a very busy schedule and communicated a lot with Bruce. He would show me trucks via text and checked in. When I narrowed it down, I made an appointment and bought a truck. I drove several different ones and after I decided it was a quick deal. Very happy with my experience and have already recommended a co-worker.
