I purchased a Used F-350 from Kendall Ford, and I must say I was very happy with my experience dealing with them. Bill was my salesmen and he was great!Every question I had or request I had he was on it,very helpful and meet all my requests. They were great to work with I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good car. New or Used. The most important part of my experience was when I called and told Bill what I was looking for he didn't try to sell me somthing else. He only told me about the trucks that meet my request, that was very important to me. I have been looking for a certian truck for over a year and every other dealer I spoke to always told me about other trucks they had that "might work". Bill was great. Thank you for everything, Beth

Steve Harp was very helpful when we were shopping for a used car. The only reason we did not buy from him was, we found one at another dealership with lower miles. Steve was excellent at customer service and called us to keep in touch. We would definitely seek Steve out again should we be looking for another vehicle. Thank you Steve!!!

Tim and Steve worked with me to get me the best price for my trade in and a great purchase price to make a real dream come true when I bought my 2012 Shelby Mustang and my latest co-muter a 2010 Focus. Truly OUTSTANDING service. I have bought several vehicles from Kendall Ford and from the previous owner Nye Ford. I think Kendall raised the bar for customer service when they bought the dealership and it is the folks that work there that really make a difference in your experience as a customer. Whether it is in sales, service, or parts, they have been around a while and know how to treat their customers. The salesmen know their products and there are never any high pressure sales tactics. I would recommend buying a car from this dealership and especially these individuals. If you are looking for either a new or used car they will work with you to get you the most for your dollar and put you in a car YOU want not just something to make a quick sale. If your looking for service I think they have one of the best shops in Alaska and I do take my vehicles in there for service and have always been satisfied with the results. The GM, Grant Olson sold me the first brand new car I ever bought back in 2002 and I have been buying my vehicles, eight of them, from this dealership ever since. Give them a call or check out their website they will treat you right.

Tim had the car we were interested in waiting for us...

Tim had the car we were interested in waiting for us inside the building and walked us through the purchase of my daughters first vehicle purchase. This is the third Fusion we have purchased and I,m sure when it is time to change vehicles we will not hesitate to return. Thanks again for all of the assistance.

Brad Tidwell does an excellent job taking care of my car...

Brad Tidwell does an excellent job taking care of my car and getting me back on the road every time I go in for service. He even got my car fixed within 24 hours so that I had it back by noon on Christmas Eve! He goes above and beyond to help the customer!

This dealership has maintained this truck since new. I have been very pleased with the way my truck is maintained. I will return for a new one when I'm ready because of their service department! Closer dealers have been lacking.

I have always had good customer service from Brad and...

I have always had good customer service from Brad and Carole. The rating above is directed at them and the actual service I received. My only complaint is generalized. Sometimes when calling in I don't always get a person. I have to call several times. This time for service (Jan 14), I was not greeted when I checked in. I stood around waiting while watching three men, assuming service managers, were having a casual chat. Finally one of them noticed me and said someone will be with me in a moment. Once Brad finished with his other customer, he checked in with me right away and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Carole went out of her way to make sure we had a pick up shuttle. She is always friendly and looks out to make sure all the paper work is in order.

I have had all my service performed every 5,000 miles at...

I have had all my service performed every 5,000 miles at Kendall, since original purchase in 2004. Today's visit was outstanding - in and out in less than 90 minutes for a 65,000 mile full service plus a couple of extras (bulbs & wipers). Have always enjoyed the excellent service work and customer service. We have purchased 4 vehicles at this dealer since 1997 and have always had our routine servicing done there, with no problems.
