I had numerous issues with seekins Ford. And it always is the service department. You have a vehicle with warranty but can never get it serviced in a timely manner had to wait a month for transmission issue. Get the truck there for appointment and don’t actually 4 day later, had to call them for an update, told me need a new valve body and had it instock (Monday) didn’t hear nothing from them had to call and left messages no one returned my call. Had to drive there to get an update(Frida). Apparently need an update to the computer in order to finish install but won’t take update and had to wait for Ford HQ to send a new update. Now on Monday call multiple time and no one answers the phone this has been my experience every time I call the service department. finally get them to answer and once again the new update for Ford HQ is not working and tells me it will still be a few days or more. My question when scheduled me an appointment on 15th but don’t start looking/working on it until 19th Than once they know what’s wrong stops working on it, and wait until the 23rd to work on it. Feel to me a complete incompetent service department that is not thinking of the customer and extreme lack in customer service. Also seekins ford turned off their reviews and recommendations on facebook i believe because they don’t care about their customers and want to fix the issues in their establishment. i challenge seekins ford to show they care and respond to this post.

Very pleased with the sales Dept. Worked efficiently to help me find and purchase a vehicle. Very quick process. Service and body shop were very easy to deal with to get a minor repair made to vehicle I was purchasing

The Seekins Group is the Best!!
Nick worked with me on the order and delivery of my new F450 XLT with absolute professionalism! The process of placing my order was straight forward and easy as could be over the phone and internet from Kodiak Island. Nick even set up an appointment with a local body shop to have a bedliner sprayed before I flew in. That shop did an Amazing job on my bedliner! I couldn't be happier with Seekins Ford Lincoln and plan to continue this relationship for All of my Ford purchases!! Lynn helped with the payment options and saw to it that everything financial was in order before I flew to Fairbanks! The detail crew even washed my truck twice because they wanted it to look it's best! It has been a genuine Delight and I for one will be telling all of my friends to buy at Seekins! I don't think enough Good could be said about the folks at Seekins!!!

Thieves
Awful experience. Lights were stolen while car was there and staff didn’t take responsibility. Their employees steal items off cars. DO NOT GO THERE! I will never go back and purchased a new vehicle from another dealer.

Where's my owners Manual
The lady that works at the finance Dept. was rude and almost had me drop the deal . She didn't care for my concerns and didn't seem to know what customer service is about . Also they didn't have the code to unlock my doors and said it was in my owners manual, there is no owners manual for my truck ! They said they'll get me one ,but I have yet to see it.

Worst Service I’ve experienced
The service department has continuously ignored my vehicle problems, so much so they won’t follow the warranty I bought through them, thus committing fraud. Apparently this is a common thing for them to do. I’m now having to buy a new car elsewhere because they’ve screwed me over so much and frequently and now my car is undrivable.

Body repair/40k service
Great work by body shop. 40k service had issue, tec did not refill engine with correct amount of oil, almost lost engine. Service manager was excellent in making things RIGHT, in the end all was wel.
