This is the 3d time this has occurred, not a one time thing which is why I give one star! In my experience, you generally can't just do up for service without an Appt (except maybe quick lane oil changes! This is the third time now I make an Appt (which is at least a month out), get here at or before 7am to be first in line, and yet here I am 7 hrs later and they haven't even killed my truck in! When asked, the service tech said "there's a car with an A/C issue in front of yours they can't figure it out"! My truck is here for an oil change, three manufacturer recalls and a leak in the interior when it rains. If you can't get the recalls done with the tech, could you not get the oil change done? Do something productive for gosh sake! I drove 2 hrs to get here and obviously 2 hrs to get home, I don't want to leave here at 7pm! This is apparently the norm as it's my third time here and the reviews say I'm not alone! The service techs don't care and provide lousy excuses! On top of that, due to COVID19, they don't provide coffee anymore, yet there employees are walking around with fresh coffee all day! Will NOT entertain coming here ever again! Oddly enough, I found past poor assessment was deleted, they only allow 5 star reviews to be visible!

Long wait but worth it
After a minor accident I took my F350 to a local mechanic who claimed my truck failed a block test, needed a new head gasket, and quoted the repair at $9000. The assessment was $250. I took it to Seekins for a second opinion. They said the truck did not fail a block test and needed a new water pump, which they fixed. Being the only local dealership they can?t have a long line but it?s worth the wait.

Fast Lane Polite Service
I had the works oil change and used shuttle to work. Service done accurately and follow up phone call on asking about changing air filter on F150. Shuttle driver polite and safe driver.

Repair
Took vehicle in for repair for radio inoperable and fuel gauge inoperable radio was repaired but told sending unit needed to be ordered and would be called. Still waiting on call so as repairs can be completed!

5 Weeks for a Tire
Seekins did a great job given it was -40 to 0 degrees since mid-December. My new 2020 Explorer ST was vibrating and they had to work with Ford to diagnose. They ordered 4 new Pirelli Scorpion tires (horrible for cold weather) and installed, which fixed the problem. Turns out, the tires have foam inside for road noise, and the foam had come loose in one tire, creating balance issue. But took 5 weeks and thankfully my sister let me borrow a vehicle so I saved Ford from a loaner. I contacted Ford Customer Service and they did make one of my monthly payments.
