Good Service Slow Delivery

I was promptly greeted upon arrival. Process was smooth until delivery. It seemed a bit muddled on that score. I was told to pick up my in keys in 10 minutes. I went by cashier and picked up the paperwork; there were no keys with cashier. It took another 10 or 20 minutes before car magically showed up.

Overall Wonderful Deslership

The 2015 F150 is hands down the best of many trucks I have owned over many years. Morgan Hill Ford was great to deal with in regard to the purchase process and now the service department has taken over the reigns in providing quality and timely service with great communication.

Great Ford Store Experience

Jesus greeted us with such a warm and genuine smile that we immediately felt welcome! Since we were a lease return, he already had a new 2016 Explorer to drive. We went on a test drive and loved the EcoBoost by the way, BUT I really wasn't sure I still needed an SUV. I explained that I'd been thinking totally impractical, but fun next vehicle... a Mustang, BUT only in Ruby Red! We then drove the California Special sitting out front, and loved it. It was Ruby Red, but wasn't sure about the nice Suede seats... we looked at others... and without falter Jesus was helping us... for hours! We left Sunday wanting to order a Mustang or find one with the options etc... we wanted; so, Jesus was going to check Monday. Well he found one by 10am... fresh off the transport in Folsom and we picked it up in Morgan Hill Tuesday... and have been enjoying it ever since!!

Replace clutch

The service and staff were excellent. Repair was completed when promised.. The shuttle service was timely. Everyone was polite and friendly.

GREAT PRICE WITH FANTASTIC BUYING EXOERIENCE

I bought my Mustang at Morgan Hill Ford, and I want to say I had a fantastic buying experience. This is not only the first 2016 new Mustang ecoboost I bought, but also the first car in my life, here I really want to say thank you to John Comey which I call him JC, he is a very nice sales person, probably the best one I've met, from the start to the end, he knows what I want, being knowledgeable and amiable. Also Steven Adragna, the sale manager, who doesn't haggle and give me a good price in second. .I've been to many dealerships, like Sunnyvale ford, frontier ford, capitol ford, but I feel so lucky I chose Morgan Hill Ford because people in that store don't haggle and nice! Again, thank you JC and Steven! I will 100% recommend my friend to this place to buy a car in the future, thank you morgan hill ford for giving me such a great buying experience. So if anyone is looking for a fast, cheapest way to buy a car, find JC and Steven! I promise they're really professional and they r really doing the business.
