ball joints
Came in to have the front end checked, and needed ball joints. Service was completed by the end of the week and I was back on my way 10/10

I've had my 530I sport for a little over 27 months now. It's been in for repair countless times. When all said, they've had my car for well over a month total time. They just can't seem to fix my sensor issues. This is the most unreliable car I've ever owned. All can say is Bobby Rahal is horrible for fixing BMW's. I will never buy another BMW.

Attempt at a used car purchase
I saw a car for sale by this dealership on Cars.com, that interested me, so I used the Cars.com email feature. I was quickly inundated with multiple emails from a salesman and a sales manager. I expressed my interest in the car, and told them that I would like to come see it (I live several hours away from the dealer) I was prepared to come see it Monday. I was then told that the car needed some recall service performed before they could sell it, and when they asked if I would be available to come see it toward the end of the week, I indicated that I could, and that they should let me know as soon as it would be available. On Thursday, I then get an email from the salesperson saying that they had not heard from me in some time, (As though Sunday was such a long time considering they had told me that they would let me know when the car was ready) I replied back to the email that, I had been in contact, and was just waiting to hear from them, just as they said they would do. I was then informed that the car had been sold. The salesperson did not stand by their word and inform me when the car was ready to be seen. So, I assume they never had an interest in trying to provide me service. I will never do business with this dealership in the future, as they don't follow through.

My story is real. Read Me
I had my car in there for my Starter and i also had a check your brakes light sensor on so I got my sensor done and asked for a quote on my breaks they said around $1300. So I took it to Bruce Brothers they said oh no your brakes are basically new it’s just a bad sensor $91. So I leave a review and the Mgr Shawn calls me and says well it wasn’t really your brakes it was your rotors the rust on them made the sensor go off and the rotors needed replaced. Mind you Bruce Brothers mentioned nothing about Rotors. So I called Bruce Bros and they said sir your rotors are basically new and there was no rust at all on them. You’re brainwashed in to thinking I have a BMW they’re going to do the best work but it’s typical that a big company who knows they’re the only dawg in town is not going to look at you like a person but a $ sign..... The little guys know how to work on Bmws too. It’s not the 1980’sanymore

AMAZING service and sales
My 1st BMW wasn't purchased at this dealership but I have had the car serviced there since I bought it. They have always taken excellent care of my car. So, when I was looking for another car I didn't hesitate to check out their Certified Used inventory. I found a car that was just brought in, there was only a stock picture. I went to look at the car and they were still going over it since it was just brought in. Tom had me take another car of the same model for a test drive, we looked over the actual car that I wanted to purchase and they let me know that they go through an extensive process to make sure the car is as close to new as possible so it wouldn't be available for a few days. It was more like a week but I appreciate making the car perfect before you handed it over to me. I was treated like I just bought a brand new BMW from you all and I can't begin to tell you what value that has to me. EVERY person I have dealt with at this dealership has been exceptional. Kim, Tom, Matt and everyone else at BMW, thank you!

Inaccurate website inventory
I saw a vehicle I wanted to buy listed on Cars.com and the dealer's site and inquired. A few days later they emailed and said it was sold. I looked on the dealers site and the car was gone. Several days later the car was back up on their site so I emailed and they responded the next day the car was sold. It remained on their site so I called and they again said it was sold. They sold a car (if they ever had it) and reposted the same car again to generate calls. Deceptive at best. If their service is anything like the sales practices I would be weary to do business with them.

Poor salesmanship
I called dealership around 10:00 Am, about a specific car, I filled out app, and after two hrs passed, he calls to say, I was approved, he gave me the payment and told me to come in, I said okay. Then I got a call from him, telling me that it was a mistake, they had put my information in wrong and had someone else’s down payment info, Really? so now, my approval had conditions, and he would call me back. this was around 11:00 Am. I called repeatedly, to find out about my app, nobody was available, they were all busy. I finally got hold of him (salesman) He said that he was busy with a client, and that he would call me., hey, silly me, I thought I was his client! I waited and and waited, and he didn’t call, I called, and was told he was still busy. I then told the person, who answers calls, that I was no longer interested, that I didn’t t like the way I had been treated. I should have been treated better, and not been blown off. I do understand the concept of, “One Bird In Hand, Is Worth More Than Two In The Bush” But........I had called at 10:00 Am, and still could not get any questions answered. . Nobody EVER called me back. Around 3:30 I received an email (NO PHONE CALL) from Kim Kaminsky, telling me that it was approved and I needed money down, and was that okay with me. Okay, I got it! I’m not worth a phone call. I just spent my entire day, trying to get a deal at this garage. They were Very careless, with my information and very irresponsible, and unprofessional. You don’t have to hit me with a brick! I get it! You don’t want my business. And, Please...Kim Kaminsky, do not respond with your usual, condescending comments of, how sorry you are that you did not meet my expectations! I’ve seen your many apologies here, and see that nothing has changed.

Good service through the whole process.
Once I sent the mail for requesting the lowest price, the sale managers responded me in a short time and let me feel welcomed. And the costumer service is good as well.
