Too much in a hurry to leave to help customers!!
Rushed up the road to get there before closing at 5 and pulled in at 4:47. We drove back and forth, got out of the car, and passed a dozen employees. NOTHING. Didn't ask why, what - even for a phone number. We weren't going to spend $50k on a car, but we were there to buy one of 3 cars that we'd seen online. Was very upset and discouraged to be 40 minutes from home and ready to buy, but could not get the time of day. At least one waved as we pulled out of the main lot :-/ ..NICE.

Kevin, I want to express my sincere apology to you for the experience you detailed in your review from Saturday. Typically Saturday is our busiest sales day and this past was no exception. Although we close at 5:00 we had sales staff in the building until after 5;30 taking care of clients so I'm sorry we did not meet. Don't ever buy a BMW and don't use Bobby Rahal!!
My husband's BMW X3 broke down and was towed to this dealership. They could not figure out what was wrong with it. After $4,100 worth of repairs it was still not working. They offered to do more work that would have brought us up to $10k in repairs. We ended up having to tow our vehicle home. Bobby Rahal left garbage in our car, the backseat was uninstalled, a piece was missing from the door and on the floor and a tow hook had been installed and left on the vehicle. This is all after paying for "repairs."

Terrible service, no leadership.
MY car was serviced for a oil change. Wanted to charge me for everything in the book they could find wrong or needed replacing in the car. Rental car was terrible, low tire, no gas and vulgar music loaded onto car. Never again will I return to this dealer.

Bobby Rahal BMW’s staff never ceases to amaze me w/ regards to going the extra mile for its customers. I had an issue related to my 2015 BMW X3’s Steering wheel; specifically, the steering wheel was showing signs of a manufacturer defect. So I reached out to Kim Kaminsky (BR, General Manager whom I have known for approx.. 10 years) whom helped me expedite the issue with the BMW warranty representative. Post his review, I was issued a new wheel under the standard manufacturer warranty. Lack of items covered under warranty.
Bobby Rahal has become very stringent on what they allow to be covered under BMWs standard manufacturer warranty? Issues which I had approved/covered during my past BMW ownership (lets say from 2004 ?> 2013) purchased from Bobby Rahal are now not?I have been told the Rahal BMW warranty rep and the service management has tighten the reins on what they approve under the warranty?.. Just to NOTE: Issues which were covered under the standard manufacturer warranty in the past are now a fight to get (you literally have to call the dealership and fight with the service manager to have something covered).. What they are doing is asking you to pay out of pocket on items which were just covered on your last BMW?This has put a HUGE damper on my and others BMW experience... I have now spoke to 7 (SEVEN) Bobby Rahal customers with the same issue? What even more upsetting as I love the BMW Brand?I now have friends and family leaving the dealership and brand and going elsewhere? It?s sad this is happening? BUYER BE AWAR!!!

Great experience and awesome customer service
Had the pleasure of working with Mark Balzarini and Joe D'Orazio on configuring and ordering my new 435i. I asked a lot of questions and both of them were very fast responding to them. Once the order was placed Mark kept me updated with production number and boat name so that I could track the car from production, through the English Channel and finally to the Baltimore Port. Once at the port, Mark kept me updated on when the car was headed to the dealership. The best car buying total experience I ever had. The "unveiling" of the car in the showroom was over the top. I was not expecting that and really made an exclamation on the total process. Would definitely recommend both Mark and Joe.

No pressure sales and unusual courtesy

Team Rahal is Outstanding in each department. They have made it impossible to go to any other dealer. The courtesy, the kindness, the genuineness are all for real. We have purchased 6 cars in the last five years all from Rahal in McMurray. Matt in sales, Nick in service just go out of their way to ensure that we are taken care of in the most appropriate manner.
