Bunch of scammers, dont waste your time even walking inside. Very sick and disgusting clounds that dont know anything about any of the cars they have sitting in the lot.
My brother and I took his car(2017 Honda Civic SI) to this dealership to see if they will buyback the car. We provided the VIN and they test drove the car as well. Prierre(Salesman) made an offer to buy the car back for $16,250. We agreed and went in to give them the title and a check for the payoff of the car. He didn't offer to give us a receipt or any sort of agreement and told us we were good to leave. I had to ask for a copy of the title and the check in case they backed out, which later happened. Prierre called back and said they will not buyback the car due to damage report on the car history and said for us to pick it up at our convenience. The next day, Tom(Sales Manager) called and demanded we pick up the car within 20 minutes or they will drop it off at the address listed on the title. Unfortunately we were unable to answer the call and received the voicemail a couple hours later. They decided to drop off the car at the address without our consent/permission. They left everything important in the car including the keyfob, voided check, title and other documents. The title had all their information written on it as buyer and crossed out with an attached paper saying they are not interested in buying the vehicle. This is super unprofessional and unethical as we now have a title with scribbles all over it. Tom shouldn't be a manager if he can't give his customers time to respond and Prierre shouldn't be a salesperson if he can't do his job right by simply checking the carfax first. Our family have shopped at this location for years but we are now cutting them out. Respect is earned, not given.

Went to look at a crv with a salesmen i didn't know and because when i called i couldn't remember the guy i talked to before and let me just say i wouldn't buy anything from this guy!!!!! When i said the car has bald tires and dents and scratches his response was its a used car!!!! while this is true but who wants to spend 19000.00 on a scrached up car with bald tires? I don't understand why you cant pick a salesmen I feel comfortable with!

Michael in service department was excellent. Professional, friendly, efficient. He is an asset to this dealership and should be commended. We are from California and have visited many dealerships in our travels and Michael is by far one of the best service representative there is. We will be back next year.

RIP OFF FOR REPAIRS
This place needs some knowledgeable auto technicians. I brought my 2013 CRV in for a clunking noise and was told it was the steering gear box and it would cost $2900. I took it to another place and found it was REALLY just my sway bar linkage costing $150

Avoid service department
Poor communication with customer took 4 hours for oil change and key replacement and tire rotation not a good experience not going back. I thought going to dealer was the best thing for my Honda. Wrong

New car, fast
My husband's old car needed major repairs, so he decided that trading it in and buying a new car was his best option. The Honda staff helped him to pick out a new vehicle, arrange financing, and complete all of the paper work in record time, so that he could back on the road quickly. He got a great deal and loves his new Fit.
