I have never had an issue with a Honda dealership until

I have never had an issue with a Honda dealership until now, my father visited this dealership and it has been a mess. Questions can never be answered accurately and it seems like they just don’t want to do their job. He went in for a recall and the windshield fluid was not topped off, he mentioned another issue regarding some noise in the A/C and it was disregarded. And the most concerning issue some lid or something that had to be screwed on underneath the vehicle (I do not know what it is called) was not screwed on correctly and now mid-drive to another state on the highway those screws fell off and the lid is barely hanging on. This is beyond unacceptable and mediocre work at most. I expected more from a supposedly reputable dealership. Do better and hire people that are actually willing to do their job CORRECTLY.

Loyal Honda owner for several decades.

Loyal Honda owner for several decades. Have been very happy with service at Capital Honda over the years, but had a very negative experience when we went in to purchase a new vehicle recently. Justin spoke only to my husband and not to me at all, completely ignoring me although the new car was for my primary use. He did not say two words to me after I introduced myself. He was rushed in general, but this was blatantly sexist treatment of assuming men are the ones who know about cars and make decisions. We will probably purchase the car we looked at, but we definitely will not buy it from this dealership.

We have gone to Capital for our vehicles since 2002 and have always had great experiences. The Honda brand is consistently high quality in performance, style and reliability. I worked with Justin H. to complete the sale and he was very customer focused in his approach to our needs and wishes. He kept in touch over several months as our lease wound down, found us a Cr-V we liked and yet we never felt badgered or manipulated. We love the car and Justin worked a payment that’s just right for us. We will continue to service it at Capital as well (Thanks Mike V.!) Phil and Mike H.

Capital Honda is the place to go!

I was in the market for a specific color Honda and was slowly losing hope after looking around. Finally after hours of calling and searching, I called Justin at Capital Honda Okemos. With low hope and little expectation, Justin sends me a friendly video displaying not one but two of the exact vehicle I was looking for. I live about 2 hours away and was working at that time. Justin set everything up for me while I was working and was able to make everything very streamline as possible. He was very friendly when we first met and really knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. If you want an upfront, straightforward, and very professional experience, I highly recommend you visit Justin at Capital Honda Okemos! I know I’ll be doing business here again in the future. Thanks again Justin and Jeff!
