Packrat Odyssey
I had the perennial Tucson problem- packrats got into my engine compartment and chewed up my wiring, including my A/C on the hottest days of the year so far. Chapman's service agent Ricky Soto took care of me, got everything fixed, cleaned and washed my Odyssey, and got me to and from the dealership even though I live outside the shuttle service limit. It was an expensive job, but considering the damage, not unreasonable at all. I've become a loyal customer.

Another Outstanding Buying Experience
I can’t say enough great things about my car buying experience at Chapman Honda. I purchased my 3rd vehicle from Chapman Honda because we like the reliability of Honda vehicles and I feel as if Chapman Honda and their employees treat us like family. Two years ago, the General Manager, Neb Yonas, introduced my wife and I to Anika Laguna to assist us with buying a vehicle and it was a fantastic experience and we purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid. I returned to have Anika assist us with buying another vehicle and she once again took good care of us! The Sales Manager, Akram Dawass, did an outstanding job of making sure we could get the vehicle we wanted and at a fair price. The Finance Manager, Adam Kugelman prepared all to the documents quickly so we could get on with our day. Adam was also extremely knowledgeable about warranties and advising us of our financial options. I also want to say thank you to my Service Advisor, Richard Soto, for giving me good advice on the Honda Fit we decided to purchase. He was able to make me feel comfortable about the reliability of the Fit and to know about the serviceability of it. In all, I would recommend that if you were looking into buying a Honda you MUST buy it from Chapman Honda because they will take good care of you and treat you like family!

The Way it Should Be
This is the 5th car we have purchased from Chapman Honda. We keep coming back because they just keep treating us so well. We also research pricing each time and compare them to Phoenix. They always match or beat pricing everywhere, including Phoenix. I strongly recommend salesman Yousef and Sales Manager Ashur. In Finance we recommend Albert Camacho. Together these gentlemen are the best of the best. I can’t begin to express how professional, knowledgeable and just plain nice these guys are. Combined we have purchased at least 20 plus cars and never found the process to be ‘a pleasure’. That is until we started buying from Chapman. These guys at Chapman just make the process easy. Kudos to the owner and management for recognizing, hiring and promoting great people like Ashur, Yousef and Albert.

Positive Sales Experience
I recently purchased a 2018 CRV from Chapman. Our sales agent, Mr B.C. Chamseddine, made the experience wonderful for us. His knowledge and positive attitude exuded through the entire sale which only took 1.5 hrs. It was an overall wonderful experience. Oil changed service...
My Pilot oil change done in 35 min., I drop off my car , get a cup of coffee n decided to walk around check out the new cars line up then my car is done, didn't finish my coffee yet. Thumb up for Richard Soto !
