Pissed off

My husband had them look at our 2012 that we brought from you guys and had 30 day warranty and had the check engine light come on before the 30 days and your service guy told my husband nothing is wrong come to come found out it has to do with the ac. And now since you guys looked at my vehicle my engine keeps running after I turn it off. You would have a had a customer for life but now I will tell people not to buy from you. If your service department would of just fixed the problem i would be happy but I’m not. I will never buy another vehicle from Sundance again and I will not have your service department touch my vehicle again.

It was helpful, I think healthcare workers should receive discount if you offer it to EMT’s, and when offered a deal and both agree, to 14200, that should be the deal and not rescinded because dealer realized he made a mistake 15 mins later, other then that it was ok

Alex was very professional. He explained the bumper to bumper warranty, but wasn’t pushy about it. He was as quick as he could be getting paperwork done, checking errors and having them corrected. We would go to Alex again for our next car purchase.

I have been a customer with Sundance since 2002 and have been treated with respect every time. I have dealt with the same sales person until this time due to medical leave, and he was nice enough to refer me to a different sales person who was excellent.

We received good service. Our salesman, Peter, was very friendly and engaging. He worked with us to get us what we were looking for. He went out of his way to make sure we received the spare key for our vehicle.

They had great service, and had straight forward answers to all the questions I had as well as straight forward pricing. There were no confusing hoops to jump through and they got everything done quickly and efficiently for the situation we were in.
