They work on my car month ago I got charger around 400.00 I drove it for a 1 mile wasn’t fixed I returned back to place they told me to keep it for a week because need parts from Italy and they will call me to get a rental cause they gave only 4 cars and all out It has been a month no parts yet and yesterday they told me oats will be in early July Andrew from service suppose to call me back after he talk to a person in charge I didn’t hear from yet I don’t have a car and I’m waiting till next Tuesday if I didn’t hear from Andrew or your office I will report you to the Ma state commissioner Hope I don’t have too all I need is a loner

The service dept handled the issue with my Giulia very well. The person that took my call, Carrie, was very helpful and thoughtful. Great communication before the service was performed and when it was finished. I live an hour from the dealership and she helped relieve the stress.

I had an appointment on Friday but snow was in the forecast so Raymond took my car in 2 days early and the problem was fixed prior to the inclement weather. Car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. Follow up was on point.

Raymond at customer service is helpful.

Raymond at customer service is helpful. The dealership is very expensive. 40k service was over $900 two thirds of which was labor. I had my 2018 Alpha Romeo Stelvio serviced here. This dealership has Rolls Royce, Bentley, and other high end brands.
