I reached the 1-year anniversary with my Alfa Romeo
I reached the 1-year anniversary with my Alfa Romeo Stelvio, which I purchased new in April 2024. I brought it into Herb Chambers Exotics in Wayland/Sudbury for its first oil change. The oil change cost $300, including $25 for oil and rag disposal. For real? I’ve owned plenty of luxury cars over the years but I’ve never paid more than $100 - $125 for the same service. Also, I asked the service person if he could give me the paint code for the tire rim so I could order touch up paint for a scratch. He responded that they had no way of knowing what color it was and that I should go to a paint shop to get it. Really? Seriously? I’ll find another service center for the next one.
