LET ME TELL YOU!!! I was extremely shocked at what an easy process this was!! After reading the other reviews, I was a little skeptical about visiting, but I am glad that I did! This dealership is a gem! At first, I wanted to give this dealership 3 stars, but after much reflection post-vehicle purchase, I must say that they deserve the full 5 stars, if not more! After reading past reviews, I contacted the dealership, I was answered by a friendly voice that answered my initial questions and helped me set an appointment time to come in for a test drive and to receive pricing. When I came in I met with a vehicle specialist. He too was friendly and welcoming. All along in my process, I could remember what I read online, my subconscious kept reminding me of the negative reviews. I can truthfully say, I did not have this experience. My vehicle specialist came with me on the test drive, which was nice because he got to explain to me different features of the vehicle. I am out of state, so it was also comforting because I had no clue where I was going. When we got back to the dealership, he priced out the Maserati that I was interested in and also gave me other options that were incoming and at his sister dealerships. I chose an incoming vehicle. He let me know that it was at the port and should be arriving soon. I was going to give it 3 stars because it seemingly took the car forever (1 1/2 weeks) to arrive at the dealership. I am giving it 4 stars because I realize many things, such as bad weather affecting its location status and my vehicle specialist had no control over that. The 5th star was earned when he went above and beyond. He drove the vehicle, got it registered, and then delivered it to me. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Herb Chambers Maserati Boston. They are truthful, clear, kind and provide FANTASTIC service!! They are like that quaint restaurant that you stumble upon, the one that becomes your go-to, where you know you will be treated with utmost importance. I cannot say enough of this dealership and its staff!! I am truly thankful and thoroughly in love with my new vehicle!

One of the best service experiences that I've had! The service staff are all friendly and the service area exceptionally clean! While I was waiting to sign vehicle paperwork, they made sure that I was comfortable and let me know if I needed anything, to just let them know. I wanted to order all weather floor mats in parts for my new vehicle, the process was super easy! Kat and James, who both assisted me, were very nice and helpful! I must say when I received my vehicle, it was spotless and smelled amazing!!! For that alone, I would always come back! High up in my Top 5 Service Centers that I have visited!! You certainly will be pleased with your experience! I know I am!!

I don't usually leave many reviews but I must say I am pleased with my experience at Lamborghini Boston. The sales process was turn-key, the service is top notch and the staff are friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend it!!

WHAT A PLACE TO VISIT! I could have not chosen a better dealership to purchase my vehicle from. I really appreciated the exceptionally welcoming staff at Bentley Boston!! They are absolutely wonderful when it comes to steering you in the right direction whether it is for sales or service! They are transparent, honest and upfront. They didn't jerk me around or make assumptions about me, which I have experienced elsewhere. They have outstanding vehicle specialist who are very knowledgeable of their vehicles. They took the time to explain and answer all of my questions, I did not feel rushed which was nice. They also gave me great future recommendations. All in all, finding such a quality experience is rare nowadays. Be sure to visit if you are in the market. It was definitely worth it!

Absolutely horrible experience with both leasing and service. Once they had our money the the interest in helping us went away. When Joe V was there it was great. Now I would say steer clear!

The best car buying experience I've ever had. Jason Daniels gave us excellent service, and I received an outstanding deal. I'm now driving a beautiful brand new Alfa Romeo. I highly recommend Herb Chambers dealerships. They are professional and they treat each customer with respect. The best experience ever.

To whom it may concern I would like to express my opinion regarding Maserati dealer in Wayland ,Ma. We were changing Maserati car . Paper work was done ,we had an appointment to come leave our old car and get a new one . We called on our way inn , upon coming we were given green light to get in a new car . We were almost ready to leave and guess what ,a salesperson with a smile came to us and said : guess what ,it is not your car . Your car will be here tomorrow. We waisted half of the day to get to three dealer . They treated the whole situation as a joke . They have no respect to customers. Just to mention three years ago when we were getting first car the salesperson did not have clue about Maserati cars . It’s very worrisome. Regards Margaret Kacprzak

Kkacprzak, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately we had two identical Maserati Levantes, both white with red interior, dealer traded from another dealer, for two different customers. The salesperson assumed the car that was here was for Mrs Karcpzak, as it was identical, and was ready to be delivered. Regrettably he made an honest mistake as he was trying to accommodate the customer as quickly as possible. Our salesperson was aware that we had to trade for the vehicle and should have verified the Vin number prior to inviting the customer in for delivery, however as soon as we discovered the issue we let the customer know and tried to rectify the mistake and accommodate the customer to avoid any further delay. We expect to have this issue resolved today and have made arrangements to deliver to this vehicle asap to them. We strive for excellence at our Maserati store in Wayland and make every effort to ensure these things do not happen. Again, we apologize.

Worst dealership ever

I would rate this dealership a negative if it were possible. I purchased my other 5 Maserati's from another dealership and the transaction was smooth sailing. Dealing with this dealership has been like reinventing the wheel. I took possession of my new car over 2 months ago and the former lease has yet to be paid off. The finance manager Christian keeps promising me to send me proof of what was sent to Maserati for the pay off but for some reason I keep not receiving. When I call the bank its still not paid off. I have been begging since 6/29 to please just take care of it. It is now 7/13. Worst experience with a dealership in my lifetime or on any purchase ever. Amazing

Inquired through Bentley website on a used Huracan and was shocked with a quick response from Mason. He answered the question's I was looking for (window sticker and additional photo's of the front bumper). Came down and the vehicle was stunning worked the deal and can't help but smile every time I drive it. Great staff and looking forward to future deal's with them.
