Bought a 2021 Rolls Royce Ghost from the dealer.

Bought a 2021 Rolls Royce Ghost from the dealer. I was impressed with many of the things they did, somewhat surprised at other things left out or wrong in other areas. They were helpful with getting delivery and the car arrived in 2-3 days after purchase. Overall I would order a PPI in the future, but they were accurate about most things with no real filters or other things to cloud their pictures. Paperwork was simple and fast. Title work and other things came fast as well. I would get a PPI in the future with any car, but overall the dealership was thorough in most areas. Like any dealership, some things were missed.

I reached the 1-year anniversary with my Alfa Romeo

I reached the 1-year anniversary with my Alfa Romeo Stelvio, which I purchased new in April 2024. I brought it into Herb Chambers Exotics in Wayland/Sudbury for its first oil change. The oil change cost $300, including $25 for oil and rag disposal. For real? I’ve owned plenty of luxury cars over the years but I’ve never paid more than $100 - $125 for the same service. Also, I asked the service person if he could give me the paint code for the tire rim so I could order touch up paint for a scratch. He responded that they had no way of knowing what color it was and that I should go to a paint shop to get it. Really? Seriously? I’ll find another service center for the next one.
