Absolutely terrible customer service. Was a serious buyer and they wouldn’t even let me test drive. Will never go back or even think of buying here
Connor, I'm sorry you feel this way. We have a policy for our specialty vehicles that requires an agreement to be made prior to the test drive. T...his limits the use of the vehicle and preserves the miles for purchasers who are particular about how it's been driven. According to our policy, we must have reached an agreement on figures before we can release a vehicle to be test driven. The vehicle you wanted to drive was a new ZL1 Camaro, which is on our list of limited specialty vehicles. I apologize if this policy was not explained to you properly. If you'd like to come out and test drive the ZL1 after we agree on figures, we'd be happy to complete the test drive then. Thank you, Doug DeYarman, Managing Partner
