Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle

I visited the New Rochelle Mercedes Benz dealership for routine maintenance (i had bought Cars from Larchmont and New Rochelle Mercedes dealerships before) ,while waiting I asked Mr David Garcia from sales ,questions on safety features of the 2017 C300,he then invited me for a test drive ,I was so pleased that' l decided 2 Months later to buy the new model. David has been great and informed me in a follow up call that living within 15 minutes of the dealership I should come for a free car wash any time and enjoy a cup of coffee with him if is available wile waiting!.

I want to thank my sales rep Eddie for working with me to get into my new car he knows his car. I also want to thank Jay in finance for getting the best interest rate and price and for explaining to me the full braked down in detail the price and the payments. I have never had this experience like I had at Mercedes of New Rochelle with any other car dealers. Other car dealers should take note I was treated greatly and was greeted by everyone. This is my first Mercedes but won't be my last and I will always go back to Mercedes of New Rochelle. Thanks Eddie, Kevin, Jay, Bob Mercedes Lee, Alexa and all the people and Mercedes of New Rochelle you guys are top notch.

I purchased my first Mercedes-Benz, last week. I was lucky enough to have an amazing and awesome sales person, Shawn Martinez. From the time I walked in to the Mercedes of New Rochelle dealership, and was greeted by Shawn, until the time he handed me the keys to my new car, his customer service skills were stupendous!!!! He was extremely professional, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, honest, helpful, trustworthy, diligent, reliable, and he made him self available to answer all of my, many, many , many questions. In addition, after I purchssed the car , Shawn was nice enough to connect the blue tooth with my phone etc. Omg, what a blessing , because I have no knowledge of this. It's not easy to find a salesperson that satisfies you 101 percent and really makes you feel like a valued customer. Thank you, Shawn, for making my car buying experience a wonderfull one!! You are truly an outstanding salesperson.

Shawn Martinez is by far the best consultant I have had the pleasure of working with. When searching to lease a new car, I've went to many different dealerships, with each consultant leaving me feeling pressured to settle for something just because they wanted to make the sale. When I first met with Shawn, he was very informative and showed me around the show room. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He is someone who truly wants the best for his customers and cares about giving great customer service. I ended up leasing the CLA 250 and I am happier than ever! Just picked up a new car lease and could not be more satisfied with the experience. Richard and Bob really went the extra mile to make sure I got the car I wanted at the perfect price point. Last year I came to MB of New Rochelle to test drive a vehicle and I was met by Shawn. Shawn was very informative and patient. He answered my multitude of questions, knowing I wasn't there to purchase that day. When I was ready to purchase, I made sure I asked for him. Yesterday, I came in to purchase my vehicle and he was calm, reassuring and positive. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted, with everything I wanted and needed included. I was referred to this dealership by my father and I must say the entire experience was flawless. John, Bob and Sergio were kind, attentive and most importantly took care of me during the whole experience. I purchased my new E350 Coupe within an hour. The whole process was excellent. I just purchased my fourth Mercedes from Sonny Narula at MB of New Rochelle, and I have to say that over many years of owning cars I have never worked with a better dealer. I originally approached Sonny having never owned a Mercedes before. I was attracted by their reputation for service, and I have not been disappointed. Sonny understood my preferences and how I like to do business, and has worked tirelessly to insure that I am happy not only with the cars, but also with the process and the ownership experience. The dealership staff is also great (for example, I once drove in with a tire that was in the going flat just before they closed for the day, and they stayed open for me, pulled up my profile from the system, got me a loaner car immediately, and fixed the tire (warranty so no charge) So full marks for this dealership, especially Sonny.

I leased a 2017 C-300 from MB of New Rochelle a few days ago. The whole experience from the initial phone call to Sonny to the day I picked up the car 2 days later was exceptional. Sonny didn't pressure me into anything, he just gave me the facts on the phone and allowed me to make an educated decision. He's a class act and someone that I will now continue to lease/buy cars from. Christian DePalma went over all the features of the car and was very knowledgeable and professional. I had a question after I left the dealership and emailed Christian, he wrote me back in 20 minutes with the answer, now that's service! Overall experience: A+++
