Best experience we have had.

While in the market for my wife’s next lease vehicle we walked into Graff Chevrolet of Okemos and we were promptly greeted by Wyatt Earp. Wyatt’s calm and relaxed demeanor made our experience one of the best that we’ve ever had. He answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect next vehicle for my wife. We will be coming to Wyatt for all of our future purchases and leases.

Poor Service after the sale

Grandson bought a used Chev truck which he really liked and was in good shape. However, after about 2 weeks, the battery failed as it had to be jumped everytime you wanted to start it. As he had to be to work, we were able to get it into a local shop and get the battery changed. Stoped in the next day at the Okemos Graff to tell them about it. Told them that durng the inspection they should have found out the battery was not putting out the proper voltage. We were asking for some reimbursement, not all. They refused as they said they could not trust a third party's work. We explained he had to be at work and hand no real choice in the matter and they should have caught this in their inspection, of which they agreed. They would not even reimburse for the cost of the battery. Stated we should have brought the truck into their shop for the replacement. He did not have the time to do so. It was only a couple of weeks after the sale. You would expect a dealership of what they present themselves as to stand behind thier sale and at least reimburse for the cost of the battery. They should have found their was an issue before seliing.

2023 Chevy Equinox at Graff Chevrolet Okemos

my wife and I purchased a new 2023 equinox at graff mon Jan. 30th. Worked with sales rep Wyatt Earp, He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and most of all patient. Have had problems in the past with annoying, pushy sales people. This was not the case. Wyatt took us step by step on all the functions of the car and its apps. Being almost 70 would have been lost without him. Thank you Graff and especially Wyatt. Would and will highly recommend . Love the car. Thanks again.

I worked with Mayo Noriega and he was personable,

I worked with Mayo Noriega and he was personable, professional, straightforward , honest in answering my questions. My car had a sticker on window indicating “needs work”. He explained why and off set cost of the inspection in price of car. The service department (Jeremy and Kenny) also through and while the Equinox I purchased does need work, the car is safe, I have estimates on repairs and can prioritize. It was a good experience and look forward to the next experience.

Dishonest Dealership

My wife and I went to find a vehicle for my mother at Graff today and initially we were having a great experience. We found a used Jeep Grand Cherokee for $5500. My wife and I agreed the jeep would work perfect for her but she needed to test drive it first. I wanted to put down some money to hold the car until she could drive it the next day and told them I would do $6000 out the door. The salesman said that was fine but he didn’t work that Saturday and was going to be out of town. The salesman talked to the sales manager and told us that we could get the car for $6000 out the door ($6247 was the price after tax title etc)if we put insurance on it and picked it up by tomorrow morning. If we waited til Monday the price was going to be the full $6247. This should have been the red flag that sent us running out the door, but it was doable and the Jeep was perfect for my mom. So I agreed I would go to dimondale, pick up my mother and bring her back to test drive, and then if she liked it buy it for $6000 that night. That was agreed upon by the salesman, and so that’s what I did. My mother test drove the car liked it and we sat down to buy it. She called and had insurance put on the Jeep, a valet came got the keys to wash and gas up the Jeep and that’s when everything fell apart. The salesman came back and said the lowest the manager would go was $6100. He also showed me some a maintenance plan that they would throw in that covered oil changes and tire rotations so I would feel better about the extra $100. Problem was I knew the plan already came with the Jeep because it’s stated on their website. I also told him I was only paying $6000 because that is what I had agreed to before I had left. He talked to the sales manager again, came back with $6100. My advice to anyone buying a vehicle from this business is don’t. Run fast and far because someone there flat out lied to me and obviously honesty is not a part of the graff deal.

Bought a used SUV, I was told it was inspected but two

Bought a used SUV, I was told it was inspected but two weeks later the car overheated and they found a cracked radiator. We called the dealership for help. There was no support at all. Since I couldn't drive the vehicle we had it fixed locally. We then called back and told them the cost...over $3.000, and was told we offered you a free tow back here to our dealership, There was no offer of that free tow...why wouldn't I have done that? Awful service, won't stand behind their product. I feel ripped off. Tom was a great Salesman. Matt the GM and Bryce the service manager were awful. I had hopes the GM would help me out, but nope. Hank Graff said Always do the right thing. I guess doing the right thing isn't what they do there.
