Review FEES Carefully!!!
Took my wife's 2022 Santa Fe in for repairs. Stopped working less than a year old. Decided to look into buying new. 4th purchase at Rick Case and 5th Hyundai overall. They worked in a bunch of hidden fees and rushed the signing. Long story short. Once i confronted them of these fees, they agreed to remove one and waive half of the other. Totaling about $1800. Three fees added up to about $75 monthly in higher payment. Be wary and review all financing docs in detail prior to signing.

I need my vehicle in perfect condition!
I left my 2019 Hyundai Tucson for 2nd time for AC Service last Friday August 26 before one month waiting for this appointment and today Wednesday nobody answer my calls for pick up my car. The Representative is not working today and nobody answer.

Overall good experience
My overall review is really good. The only complaint I have is that although I had an appointment for an oil change, once I got to the service station they told me it would be two hours that ended up to be four hours. Very very courteous service from all employees and pretty easy process.
