Fast service from the time I made the appt. to greeting when I arrived to completion of service. Friendly and helpful.Determined I had a leak in differencial ordered part called me @ 7:30 next morning to tell me that part was in and made appt for the next hour. Part installed in less than time than stated.

My wife and I wanted a new truck and we love shopping local whenever we can. We went into Pauli Ford and were treat great! We found the truck we wanted, got a great price and a full tank of gas. They always get me in when I need to have service done. The dealership is always clean inside and out. All the staff are very friendly. They always have lots of hot coffee waiting. They have answered all of our questions that we have had about our vehicals, in a way that we can understand.

I have been buying my cars and having my service done at Pauli for about 20 years or more. They have always been quick to take care of any problems with my cars over the years. Like 'Cheers', it's nice to go where they call you by name when you walk in the door. I have recommended them to several of my friends and family over the years and will continue to do so.

knowledgable staff, friendly atmosphere, cleanliness of building and especialy waiting area, refreshments for customers in waiting area, explanation of service work being performed that day and explaining need of maintenance work needed to be performed in the future, offering to transport me to another location while my service work was being performed.

This is the third vehicle that I have Purchased at Pauli and I will continue to do so. the staff is always friendly. Service people are easy to deal with and seem concerned that the repairs are made correctly. When purchasing a new vehicle the sales staff are concerned that I get what I want in the new vehicle.

This dealership had no pressure sales. They were fair and provided all the information I requested as well as additional information to help me reach my decision. Kevin was very informative and caring! I liked his use of e-mail to answer questions without being committed to taking phone calls.

This dealer never quit working on trying to find me the vehicle I wanted and when my first car deal fell through, within 24 hours they had a more than acceptable alternative and worked with me on price to make it happen! This is my first Ford, and it won't be my last!

Brian Pauli is the best salesman ever. It was so much fun ordering and receiving my 2011 Ford Mustang. He was very thorough in explaining options, too. Ron in service is awesome. He even delivered my car to me at work after a check on my airbag was done. How great is that?
