Bellevue Nissan hit a home run! From my first phone call, to my In-store experience it was quick and easy. The service was from Jason was the best I've had.

Great service when I recently took my car to Bellevue Nissan. I got Jason on the phone and he was able to get me in with a time that was convenient. Very honest and great work.

Buying a car can be stressful, but Elias made it simple. He listened to what I wanted, respected my budget, and never made me feel pressured. His customer service and follow-up were top notch, and I left feeling confident about my purchase. Definitely one of the better dealership experiences I’ve had.

Another great experience here. Jason has been my guy for awhile and always takes care of me and my cars. Much appreciated. Not a fan there isn't car washes anymore, but I get it was a business decision, nothing he can control.

I ultimately came here only because I had a coupon, but will be back. I had some additional work that needed to be done and Jason really took the time to explain what I should get done now and what could maybe wait a bit. Zero pressure, was really nice! Thank you for being one of the good guys!

I don't usually do reviews, but I had to. From the time I walked in to Bellevue Nissan I felt at ease. I spoke to Jason in service who was professional and listened to all my concerns, being a woman I don't always feel that I'm truly listened to. He was upfront about what might be wrong with my car and pricing, but would have his techs take a look and then get back to me. Jason thoroughly reviewed everything that was found. Budget is an issue for me and it was nice to know what I needed to get done and what could wait for a few months. The work was done as promised and back on the road feeling safer. I WILL be back to get the rest of the work done. Thank you Bellevue Nissan & Jason for actually treating me with respect.

Took my Nissan in for routine maintenance and couldn’t be happier. The staff was friendly, my service advisor Jason explained everything clearly, and had the job done quicker than I expected. My car is running perfectly, and the whole process was effortless from start to finish. Highly recommend!
