Everyone here is friendly but with any dealership, definitely do your research before you go so you have sound information to make your purchase with.... Each step of the way, you will be sold to buy more than you may need: 1. Figure out your car insurance plan to compare to what they recommend. FYI Geico was the best I found and has no downpayment in excess of the normal first monthly payment unlike other insurances. 2. Decide if you will pay upwards of $800 for a theft deterrent program called Shadowmark, which is a 5-year guarantee of $2500 basic protection and $5000 value loss protection if your vehicle is stolen and with no guarantee of recovering your stolen vehicle. Or will you have comprehensive coverage in your car insurance which would already cover the market value of your stolen vehicle after $500 deductible or the deductible you set. The Shadowmark registration form clearly states, "THE PURCHASE OF THE SHADOWMARK PROTECTION PRODUCT GUARANTEE IS NOT REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF OBTAINING FINANCING ON OR FOR PURCHASING THIS VEHICLE." You have the right to decline. 3. Have a finance plan application ready to use if what the dealership offers is not as competitive (higher APR/interest rate). Call your local credit unions, banks, etc. 4. If you are getting a used vehicle, research if paying for extended warranty (on sale at $3000 or regularly upwards of $5000) is worth it. It's an extended warranty that covers manufacturer-related malfunctions not driver-caused damages. Do you have emergency $ available if you did need to repair a malfunction? Or would you buy the warranty that has a limit of x number of years?
Went in today to look at an Acura MDX that they had listed. Showed up early for an appointment and they helped out immediately, even though they were pretty... busy. VP was really nice and helpful. The dealership was very clean and overall everyone there was very welcoming. Needless to say I got the car and am very happy!
Brought my car to have a problem solved but left with a large bill for something else and the same problem. I have to bring it back again and waste more... time, hope not to be charged for yet another new issue. This story sounds familial to other auto dealers and repair shops, so I guess it is not better.
After I told them to remove all the add ons, thousands worth, they said they couldn't drop price. The next day after driving off of Bellevue Nissan, my... car I just bought from them was for sale with a lower price, dropped $1800. The next day after that it was posted as sold for $1800 than what they charged me. When I called multiple times they wouldn't take my calls, put me on hold, management was in meetings. Who got the $1800? They weren't truthful with me.
This is your modern, typical dealer service center. They do a good job and cover all the bases but are expensive compared to other options for routine... maintenance. They seem to always find something extra on top of maintenance. That is good to prevent problems but is annoyingly predictable too.
We bought our second Nissan Rogue there and Nikhil was very helpful. We got a really good deal. We recommend this place and Nikhil. We also used to service... our Nissan here.
Nikhil was excellent to work with. Even though he is new there he was very easy going and friendly. Didn’t feel like a stereotypical salesperson.
My husband and I were interested in a Leaf, so we visited the dealership on a whim. We were warmly greeted and put in touch with Jose Delgado. He took... us on a test drive of a new 2019 Leaf and answered every possible question we had, plus gave us so many tips on owning an electric vehicle. We decided to wait and returned the following week to test a used 2017 Leaf. In the end, we purchased the 2017. Jose was very fast and easy to work with. He never pressured us at all. Jose even gave us his extra set of Weathertech mats for the car, which we really appreciated. My only slight negative was when we moved over to the finance department. We were pressured a bit to purchase an extended warranty and given very little time to read the documents we were signing. I am still satisfied overall, and happy to have an electric vehicle.
It's great to see all the amazing technology in the new cars. I don't think after owning so many Nissans that I would get to see all the new and safe technology.... I thank Jose for breaking down my must needs.
