Poor and Pathetic Service in the Parts Department
Called parts department to inquire about a battery for my 2015 rogue and all I got is an attituded from an ignorant person that didn't even want to help. Never calling for parts or going for any service.

I did not have a good experience with Nissan Bellevue from the get-go. This will be a long review but ultimately their team guilted me into purchasing a vehicle that had faulty and improper repairs done on it and they now refuse to offer a solution to the issue. I brought my Murano in to be checked and turns out it was totaled, they offered to buy back my car for $2,500 and suggested I look around for a replacement vehicle. After test driving cars, I didn't find one I liked in my budget and was planning to walk away as it's a big decision and purchase. Their sales rep working with me (Doug) was extremely pushy, kept trying to sell me different cars, extend the payment time frame to lower the monthly payment (which does not solve the issue of a car being out of my desired budget), and clearly did not want to take no for an answer. I requested to just take the buyback amount they offered, but they then stated they would only give me $1,500 if I wasn't buying a vehicle from them. They did not inform me of this caveat when they made the original offer. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a used Audi that was in my budget, utilizing the full buyback amount as a credit. I was glad to have found a car I liked in my budget but did not enjoy my experience. Fast forward, I have been having issues with my car leaking fluid after already having to replace a tire (flat due to no visible puncture) only a month or two into having the car. I tried to bring my car into Nissan as the sales rep had told me that they would be able to service my car there for anything I needed, which was a lie. The service crew would not even look at my car since it wasn't a Nissan. I was finally able to get a service appointment at my car's home dealership and turns out my car had previously been in a major accident and several parts under the hood were installed improperly. None of this was disclosed to me at the time of the purchase. The car had been leaking, probably since I purchased it and the part was clearly eroding all due to an improper installation. The cost to replace the fluid tank/pump is over $800 because the vehicle was not properly inspected when it came into possession by Nissan, even though I was assured it was in great condition and everything had been thoroughly looked over. I called Nissan to explain the issue to them and they informed me my original sales rep was in and she would have him talk to me. The person who came to the phone was not my original sales rep (perhaps because he knew he was in the wrong and didn't want to own up to it?) and unfortunately said there was nothing they would do. I am extremely disappointed with my entire experience with Nissan Bellevue and feel completely lied to and taken advantage of by their team. They guilted and coerced me into purchasing a vehicle from them that was not properly cared for and then told me that there was nothing they would do to help resolve the situation. I encourage anyone who goes here, especially young women, to be wary of their team as clearly they do not have your best interest at heart and will do whatever they need to in order to make a sale and not take responsibility for selling a faultily repaired vehicle.

Great customer service
I inquired about a LEXUS LX on their lot with Sales Associates Courtney. Two weeks later while in Bellevue on other business, I dropped by unannounced to get a peek at the vehicle. Associate Luis Martinez took it from there and within a few minutes I knew he wasn't going to be a pressure sales person. He wasted no time in letting me see the vehicle, and soon after we were taking it out for a drive. The vehicle was great, ran smooth, smelled clean, one owner, just not the color I was looking for. I should have gone back the next day and boughten this vehicle but a day after it sold. I could already tell my experience purchasing this vehicle was going to be stress free with Luis and his team. Some times when a deal comes along you might want to jump on it. Thank you Luis and Courtney for taking the time and listening. I'll make sure to keep Bellevue NISSAN as one of my first choices on my next purchase.

Markup Madness
They were trying to sell the Z with a crazy markup. Way way overpriced on the Nissan Z Proto. Might as well buy a Supercar with that money.

bought a 2010 rav-4 lasted 3 months transmission went out less than 300 miles their mechanics aint too sharp, now it sits in front of my garage , nine thousand dollar xxxxing yard ornament! oh, christmas is coming maybe i will decorate it and light it up! dont buy used vehicles from here!
