My experience at Shaheen in Lansing last week was nothing at all like what you would expect from a car dealership. My actual buying experience was exemplary. Tobbie Lansdell had promised me prior to coming in, that he would take as much time as I needed to help me be comfortable with my purchase. (I have a head injury from a car accident 3 years ago and easily become overwhelmed when too much information is given to me at once) Therefore I was afraid to start the process of a new car purchase, and had actually put it off for 6 months, however Tobbie explained every last detail, and was not rushed with me, which help me feel not only comfortable with the decision but makes me know that I will be back in the future for my car purchases!
