This place is a joke
This place is a joke, I have been waiting on the tags for my truck for over 2 months. I had to go 30 days with out driving the truck because my temporary tags expired and now they are going to expire again! Sam Eddy is the worst salesman I've ever had to deal with.

Great service. Won't be under sold. John, Steve, and Matt were an absolute pleasure to work with. They went way above and beyond. They didn't have a vehicle with everything I wanted and they found one and had it on their lot in 2 business days!
Superior customer service
My salesman, Jacob Gray, gave me a whole new experience while purchasing a vehicle. For me, having to purchase a new/another vehicle has always been an experience that is similar to a dentist visit - in other words, dreaded and extremely uncomfortable. Jacob changed that for me. I felt I could trust him to find the best possible car for me, while staying within my budget and not pressuring me into spending more than I was comfortable with. Any questions or concerns I had were taken care of in a stress-free and professional manner. Buying a pre-owned car
Zack from the pre-owned department helped me purchase a Subaru Outback. I met Zack in the parking lot. His professionalism and low keyed manner was helpful in releasing my anxieties. Wonderful Sales personnel
I always buy GM products. for the last 40 years I dealt with most of the GM/Buick/Chevy dealers in Lansing. This is the first I dealt with Shaheen and the experience was the best I have had. Jack Van Pelt was my sales person, he did not give any pressure and when my wife kept changing what she wanted, he found exactly what we wanted. Thank you Shaheen and thank you Jack.

Poor quality of work.
They cross threaded a lugnut the last time they replaced one of my tires. So now i have to pay someone to get it off and replace the stud. Also they fuxed my spoiler and within six months its already coming off.

2018 chev trax,
my 018 trax is a disappointment . it now on recall, message center tells me my hood is open every 30 seconds while driving, I have never open the hood! took it my gm dealer in Big Rapids Mi, latch to the hood needs to be replaced! and waiting for the recall part to come, I bought this car in 018 Nov, when I got it home(355 miles) detail a very bad job, i went through the car with a vac, cleaning cloth. was promised good gas mileage! has not happened, salesperson it has to be broke in!! still waiting on that. my 016 malibu got 38 miles per gallon as will as my cruz. No power seats, said i was getting a better deal! Only benefit was the miles per year since it was a lease, still had to pay 1500 downpay. No I am not happy with this car. If I can get a good deal on early out there OK, if not someone else will.

1st brand new car
This was my first brand new car, I've always bought used cars. Doug Sandberg made the process flawless and I couldn't be happier.
