Five stars through and through! We just purchased a 2013 scion and couldn't be happier! They were never pushy and had no problem w my mechanic looking it over. Financing was a piece of cake and delivery was on time as promised. We will definitely be buying our next car here as well.

This dealership was accommodating in every regard. Joe B and Jay A took every second of their time to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome at their dealership. They went over every possible scenario and their attention to detail is second to none. The hospitality at the dealership along with the friendliness and their professionalism will make you want to stop by just to hang out and have a coffee or espresso. You can rest assure it a family run business that runs deep with honesty and compassion for the customer along with passion for the vehicles they have to offer. I was just as excited to hang out with Joe and Jay at the dealership as I was to drive away in my Mercedes. An absolutely amazing group of people!

I bought a used f 150 from via and it was a great experience. They were very professional and easy to deal with. They also gave me a warranty on the truck which made me very comfortable with the purchase. They have a great group of employees and I give them five stars.

This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I was treated with honesty, respect, and patience. The car I bought was a 2008 BMW 3x. Great condition, great price! Working with Jay Allen the finance officer was a pleasure. He explained every detail, made the process very easy, and there were no surprises. I wanted to wait before writing my review, usually they want you to write a review as soon as you buy the car and everybody is nice to you for the first few days and as soon as you write an excellent review everything changes. Not the case with Via, I bought a 2006 Ridgeline about 4 months ago, I remember thinking if I was going to purchase the extended warranty or not and Jay strongly recommended to do so. I remember his words Bernie we sell quality cars but you have to remember this are used cars we recommend buying the extended warranty. I am so glad he recommended the extended warranty, I'm no expert in cars but I looked all over the car looked in great shape I even took the car to my friend he is a mechanic and he said for the price it looks good. A week after I purchased the car the radiator had a leak, I had no idea what to do it was a Friday night I send Jay a text message and he responded to me in no time( yes the dealer was close) he reminded me that I purchase the service contract and that service included towing had them go and pick up the car and the guys at the shop took care of it for me. These guys are great I already started recommending them to my friends and yes I will purchase from them in the future. Thank you guys again for everything, you took good care of me and you still do, looking forward to my next buying experience from your dealer. So why do I say I had to wait to write the review? I wanted to see if after a few months these guys were the same and treated me the same way, guess what they did they are honest friendly people that want you to have a great buying experience and earn your business.
