I was in Albert Lea for the holiday Easter weekend, and my son and I decided to go shopping for a used truck for my husband's 60th birthday present. It was late Saturday afternoon, and Greg Hanson was our salesman. He was professional, down to earth and knowledgeable about the truck we were looking at. He made the transaction very easy, and while doing up paperwork, Daryl Swenson came into to ask if he could help input information in to the computer for him. This made the process go even faster and more efficient, the overall experience at Dave Syverson was top notch. Darren ended the afternoon with us, and again nothing but professionalism. There is little doubt we will be back to purchase in the future......and just so you know we are from Packer Land, but we don't discriminate when purchasing vehicle in Viking Territory. Had a good sales guy and tryed to be as helpful as possible for as busy as they were. Love the truck and service but only wish I would have had a full tank of gas out of the lot like my first visit back in 2004.
