Awesome !!

Working with dave syverson was so easy and so nice! Absolutely no pressure and they got me the car I wanted at the price and milage I needed. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice and beyond willing to help get me what I wanted!!

Worst and longest service experience.

My car was towed 80 miles on 4/05 and they told me they were finished on 5/16 but never fixed the problem. Charged me $1600. but they gave me a deal yet could not find the problem. Car killed before I left the lot. Now my car runs worse then ever. Used up my 1/2 tank of gas so I ran out on way home just 4 blks. Cannot problem solve or start w the most obvious fix first to rule out. Told me my car was old, what does that have to do with fixing it? My car was in very good shape prior . I would never bring another car there.

Customer satisfaction 1st

My sales rep Matt Dugstad went above and beyond to make sure i was happy... 2 months after purchase i had am issue with my a/c and he went and saved me hundreds of dollars on the repair... i will be buying here again in the future!!!

Expensive repairs time for a new car

I gave Danielle this rating because she found me great deal with my car lower then my monthly payment max. She was like visiting an old friend and shown great knowledge on getting the best deal. I felt relaxed and my nerves where not on edge like usual when mak8ng a big purchase. Both her and AJ

F350 Purchase

Great upfront attention and great to work with. Struggled a little on getting the vehicle to me. It took two weeks. A couple of times they said they would put it on their own trailer and drive it down but never followed through on this. This is the difference between good service and great service, bit overall I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Great Service

New vehicle purchase

Efficient, friendly and no hassle service from start to finish. Customer first, straight forward competitive pricing along with a very genuine approach to service/sales. We are more than pleased to witness customer service as it should be from a dealership. Will we be a return customer for our vehicle needs? YES, enough said. Ease of buying a vehichle.

I went into the dealership looking for a used car because Mine broke down and it was older and didn't want to put anymore money into it. I walked in and matt came up to me and asked what I was looking for and then he brought up a couple of different options. After a day he called me and told me about the great deal for the new dodge journey and it was a much better buy and made sense, the payments are close to the same for a more reliable car. I liked how easy it was to work with Matt he did not pressure and gave me time to make a decision, and when I did he took care of everything in a very timely matter. Thank you again.

Great experience.

Drove 2+ hours to view a vehicle and was not dissapointed! The sales team made my deal happen where other dealers fell short. I would recommend this auto company and look forward to deal with them again!

A very positive experience indeed

I had a very positive experience while trading vehicles at this dealership today. The team of Matt Dugstad, George Gonzalez, and Danielle Kiefer worked very well together to make certain my navigation through this transition was quick and painless. Not only was each member of the team clear and concise when laying out the best possible deal for my situation, they also took the time to be warm, friendly, and took a genuine personal interest in me as more than just another customer. A very positive experience indeed.
