Both Matt and Darren explained everything very well. Matt was quit to find me a car at a good price and in my monthly range. It was a very good experience. And I'm glad u went there instead of somewhere else. I've never been treated better anywhere I've gone. And they always have a smile on their faces. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in to the moment you drive away in ur new car.

Quick and Easy

After contacting Matt he made finding the right vehicle easy, with having a number and idea of what was wanted in mind he easily found all the options available. Once selected he did everything he could to find the best deal available! It made purchasing a vehicle an amazing experience.

One of the Best!!

Matt is a total difference maker when it comes to your customer experience, not only at the point of sale but after as well!! Working in the car business for 5 and half years from sales to finance. I have always feared as a customer of having a bad experience. However Matt, GG and Dave Syverson Volkswagen made it simple, fun and easy!! I'm telling you people Matt Dugstad is the real deal and works for his customer's!! No reason to work with anyone else, let alone shop around. I priced Volkswagen Dealerships in the metro area and they could not even touch the Value Pricing structure Dave Syversons clearly marks in all vehicle windows! Totally give Matt Dugstad a chance on your next purchase!!!

My experience

Matt is a great salesman ! He made buying a car easy ! I will always go back to Matt . Matt had great attitude from the second pulling into the car lot very friendly and we knew we could count on him ! I would recommend Matt from Dave Severson to everybody I know .

The Purchase

my daughter had bought a new edge a few months prior to myself and she told me about how she had been treated by Nick Olson. I asked for him on my arrival and the experience with Nick was outstanding. Great person and he treats you the right way.

Donna takes on all comers.

"The competiion was keen for this award." (A plagiary from Air Force days.) The award being my not going to Fairmont instead of Dave Syverson's. The two vehicles were what could have been a "heads or tails" scenario. The "other one" had a few more dust particles to look past on the dash, (as your "Detailer" does darned good work,) during test drive and your service center looked more tweaked as well. I'm sure there will be a couple times when I can do a "change" quicker than the trip over but that's O.K. The importance of a professional look won't allow me to do that regularly. Donna is nothing less than a blessing to your reason for being @ Albert Lea...you decide what that might amount to. She has what can't be taught. Keep taking chances that some body is going to take cookies home with them. The treats area with out a few sweets to go with the complimentary coffee and "cocoa" can turn into "Tums territory" in a hurry. Tsk. Me thinks the speaker could have been exposed at the git go, but my offer to pay for it if you didn't is okay; in that when I approach good Mr. Stort roen for the "opportunity" to turn thoughts of "Dave Syverson Ford" towards you via the Faribault County Fair extravagnza, he will gleefully oblige. Fun and games. Thanks for everything. mg
