Aaron was very willing to work with me to get me the car I was looking for. Jake was very good going through the purchasing process. I felt very comfortable with the deal.

Anthony was great to work with. He has a great sense of humor. Asked what my grandson wanted in a car and was willing to put in the extra work to find the type of vehicle he wanted. My grandson drove a couple of cars. Anthony was intuitive and realized that he liked the very first car that he drove. Once he realized which one he really liked, he got to work to get him in the car he wanted. We then worked with Jacob on financing and warranty. Jacob was able to get us in at a lower interest rate than was expected. He also was very good at explaining the different warranties and Gap insurance. We opted in on the Gap insurance. My grandson wanted to get the warrant as well. There was no over selling. The warranty after discussion was not logical due to how many miles he drives. Also, my grandson had a truck that he could have traded in. They could have taken his truck as a trade in, but Advised he sale it on his own and told him he would get more. They told him what to list it for and what he would most likely get. That was very unexpected. He will now be able to apply the sale of his truck to his loan. I was very pleased with the sales process. It felt like we were in control and that they really cared. Great experience!
