I purchased a 2020 Ford F-150 from Dave Syverson and Anthony(Salesperson) was a pleasure to work with throughout the purchasing process. I was an out-of-state buyer and Anthony answered all my questions with an immediate and crystal clear response. Anthony arranged someone to pick me up from the airport at Minneapolis and drive me to the dealership to complete the paperwork. This helped me out greatly as it was one less thing I had to coordinate. Once I arrived Anthony and the whole Dave Syverson family welcomed me as soon as I walked through the doors. The truck was parked on the showroom floor and it was/is beautiful, clean, and had a full tank of gas. Ms. Liz did a phenomenal job going over the paperwork and explaining everything in detail. Once we completed the paperwork Anthony walked me outside asked if I had any questions regarding the operation of the new truck, I replied, “no sir”. I was given the keys and once again the whole Dave Syverson family thanked me for my purchase and wished me safe travels back to Colorado. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process from start to finish with Anthony, Ms. Liz, and the whole Dave Syverson family! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from the Dave Syverson family!

First of all, we were thrilled to finally find the car we wanted in stock!! Our salesperson, Tamara, was very helpful and answered a ton of questions. Since we had to drive from the Twin Cities after work, we got there pretty close to closing time, the staff stayed late so that we could complete the purchase. Jake worked extra hard to find a local bank that would match our credit union's pre-approved loan rate (so that we could leave with our new car that night, rather than needing to return during business hours). Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and patient -- not pushy or dismissive. I would gladly make that drive to buy a car from them again.
