Do not trust them. They will not send payoff when you trade in vehicle in a timely manner. They have had possession of vehicle for almost a month and payoff is stuff not showing for the loan so it’s either going to hit my credit in the next day or We have to make another payment to avoid it on a vehicle they have had in possession for almost a month.
