I got in contact with this dealership initially through the web and everyone was a great help. George was the business liason and was communicating with me initially, Tamara was the sales rep. And showed me the features of the vehicle, and Jake from financing was quick with the paperwork.

The team at Dave Syverson made the buying process very easy and pleasurable. We received a very fair price on our trade-in and because we traveled in from 2 hours away, they made sure that the buying process was very efficient, allowing us to get back on the road and home to start our weekend. Everything and everyone were very professional.

All in all, working with this dealership was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and when it came to dealing and the financial aspects of the deal, they were very up front about how they work and what they would do. The vehicle we bought had some issues that needed to be corrected at their expense as part of the deal, and they would have provided us a similar vehicle to use while this work was being done; that work was completed relatively quickly (the current supply chain issues being what they are) and to our satisfaction. The most surprising thing was their willingness to work with us on financing. While we had arranged our own financing (at a very low rate), they were willing to let us agree to buy the vehicle and they would hold it while we completed that (which no one else seems to be willing to do while vehicles like the one we bought right now, demand being what it is) but, given the opportunity to finance it through them IF they could beat our rate by half a percent, they did it (again, something no one else seems to be willing to do these days).

The best service ever! Great to deal with, a fun team and willing to please customers. They are also very family oriented. They find what you want and are willing to listen. I got asked multiple times if we thought it was fair and they made sure we were happy. Tamara was great and very patient, Liz was quick at signing and explaining and George was fun to harass! I had a great experience with Dave Syverson Auto Center! I live in Minneapolis and found my vehicle on line, but being old school, I actually wanted to see it in person and test drive it! They offered to drive it all the way to me to check out... It worked for me to meet halfway, after work, to do the test drive. I had been disappointed by 2 other dealers I had test drive appointments scheduled with and they sold the car before I had a chance to see it! This was the third Honda CRV I had lined up to look at and asked if I needed to put some kind of deposit down so I could at least see the car so it didn't get sold out from under me... My salesperson was Aaron and he assured me that my interest in it and the appointment for the test drive was sufficient to hold it for me! What a relief! I did want to buy the car but knew I wasn't in an ideal spot to get a good car loan at this time, but tried my two credit unions. One of them was a no... The other wasn't able to come up with good terms... Jake was the finance person at Dave Syverson... He said they work with 29 lenders and he would love the opportunity to help me out... Well he found me a lender with terms I could work with and better than my Credit Union could offer at this time! The after purchase things they cover in the first year are pretty awesome too... If something breaks down or wears out in the first year... They got your back on that. Makes a person feel pretty confident in the purchase decision! I'd look for another car purchase through Dave Syverson Auto Center in a heartbeat!
