Entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and conscious of my needs. They explained their pricing methods, and gave me more than a reasonable trade in value for my vehicle (above what I researched). I'd definitely put them on the short list of where I will return to purchase another vehicle.

From the salesman to the manager and finance personnel they all were very nice to work with and they didn't push me into anything very pleased when my wife is ready for a new vehicle we will give severson an opportunity

Fantastic dealership to do business with!

Fantastic dealership to do business with! I hate visiting dealerships for anything.. I have always found that I get charged double or triple what I should, and trying to buy a car there is worse! My experience at Dave Syverson VW was completely different. I had to have emergency work done on my Ram 3500 and was looking at a new VW... both the service and purchase were Fantastic! I will return there happily to purchase my next three vehicles!

I wish I had the same experience I have been reading on

I wish I had the same experience I have been reading on the reviews however when I visited Dave Syverson Auto Center on Feb.1, 2025, we were asked to leave. We purchased a 2013 a Ford SHO and started having car trouble 4 months later. We also purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty. When the car started blowing white smoke we contacted Syversonband they told us to take the car to Ford Motors in Fairmont. That mechanic inspected it and right away noticed something was wrong with the engine. Further inspection showed over 7,500 dollars in repairs. Extended warranty agreed to pay, Ford ordered the parts but none of them fit. On Feb 1, 2025 we went to Ford to see when the car would be done. They, then told us the car had a 2010 engine in it, that's why parts did not fit. We drove directly to Syverson to get answers. At first them seemed very accommodating until I started asking questions George Gonzalez, the sales manager could not answer. He got angry, threw his papers on the desk and said, "I'm trying to help you but if you are going to act like that you can leave. All I wanted to know is why should I believe you when you say the car was inspected by your mechanic and no one knew the car had the wrong engine on it. Ford Motors mechanic knew there was something wrong right away by looking at the hoses. I left the office where George was and asked to speak to his boss. I told him George was being and xxx. He then started to give me a lecture on name calling so I left the building. Five minutes later my husband came out and said he was asked to leave. He told them this is not over and left. The only reason we were kicked out was because I was not going to listen to a fast talker try to convince me they had no idea and they did nothing wrong. I wasn't yelling or swearing just asking for proof and he did not appreciate me questioning him. Now we are out a car that we have no idea the warranty will cover because it's the wrong engine. And if we get yhe car back we will have more problems because the engine is old and needs to be replaced. Dave Syverson has not reached out to offer any kind of compensation or help.

They made the whole process really easy. I found the car that I was looking for, and they never pushed me into signing up for anything I didn't want. They explained everything to me perfectly.
