I hadn't even owned my car a year when it was broadsided and totaled. I really liked the car and wanted the same one again. The dealership went out of their way to search for the "same" vehicle down to color of exterior, interior, molding, etc. along with low mileage. Quite a request in this pandemic shortage of used vehicles! After weeks of hunting they found one and were able to convince the other dealership to sell it to them. The detail team did an excellent job. Couldn't ask for a better comprehensive team to work with and smiles all the way. Chris, Alex & Jake provided excellent customer service, couldn't ask for more!

Orderd a new RAM from here back in June, with all the unknowns in todays market the truck finally showed up earlier this month. The processes from ordering, all the way through to taking delivery of the vehicle, were very smooth and easy. They also gave me a very fair deal on my trade in.

All the staff were great to work with, there was no pressure to buy anything or put a deposit down. Communication was great and the overall buying experience was also very good. I had been working with around 5 dealers before deciding to buy from Syverson and they were honestly the easiest to work with and least pushy. The staff were very personable and friendly. I feel they were very fair with my trade and purchase price. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the first time dealing with this dealership. We found it to be one of the best we have ever visited. The car was as advertised, price was excellent and staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Hope come back in the future.

Was quite a year. Getting my van was a little slow no fault of the dealership but I was kept as informed as possible and everyone I worked with from picking out what I wanted to Financing was great

Salesperson was super easy to work with. Did a lot of communication via text and email. Manager took the time to contact me via phone call and then when arriving during evening made it a point to come speak with me. They were very up front about everything and super easy to work with!
